Just moved in, so not familiar with everything there is to know. Had an electrical issue. I called Strata. Anthony took my call. After hearing about my circumstances... and, while Strata service bookings extend well into January, Anthony was considerate enough to explain to me, and stay on the line with me, until we determined what turned out to be a simple 'DIY' fix. I immediately thanked him and let him know that I'd be calling Strata for future electrical service. The confidence was immediately earned by Anthony's willing extension of good will and service. Absolutely amazing service from start to finish. We had a rather large emergency with the lighting in our community rink. Anthony had his guys on site the next day for us and they repaired our lights. Very impressed with their service time, communication and the price. I work a hectic schedule. Didn't quite know what the process was to have an electrical outlet in the kitchen moved and split into 2. Both times I called, it was painfully obvious I didn't know how to correctly articulate what I needed lol. Anthony, was able to stop me from rambling (thank you) ask quick, concise questions as well as for a quick picture of the area. It took over a month for me to call back and book. I get I may have got lucky with timing, but I booked maybe on Thursday/Friday. Job was done by 3pm the following Monday. Sasha was super professional walked us through the process before starting, gave us a few options to approach the change. I was hovering, he didn't seem to mind to much. I did ask numerous questions about other electrical work I need, he was courteous enough to answer those questions while he was still doing this job. Cleaned up and tested everyrhing before he left.
