Martin came to repair my oven hood extractor fan which he'd did and also advised us to maintain with new filters and disks which he kindly said he would fit at no extra charge. He was very affordable and personable and i would highly recommend using Wired Safe Ltd for any electrical issues in future. An easy 5 star rating from me !

Pretty happy with the service. Diligent installed a new bathroom extractor fan and works perfectly. There's no more mould. I had to wait 3 weeks before writing this review to test it. I also had a problem with my oven which kept on switching off after 60 seconds. I asked 2 electricians beforehand and they kept telling me my oven is broken even though it was only 2 years old. Diligent replaced one of the boards on the electric box and explained the actual reason. The oven works perfectly fine now.

We required a new fuse board and contacted Diligent Electrical Contractors. It was installed to a very high standard and were extremely happy with the service. They were efficient and definitely took pride in the work that they do. We would highly recommend them and will definitely be using their services going forward should we require any further electrical works.

Ishmael from Diligent Electrical Contractors replaced some outdoor lighting and motion sensors for us. We have also previously engaged him for an electrical survey. Tom provided a great professional service from start to finish . The installation was done in such a clean tidy way . He knew the best way to install the charge with as little cable showing outside. I used Ohmatic Electric to have my car charger point installed as he was listed as one of the recommended Govt installers for the Grant. I cannot recommend John and his expert team at Complete Electrical more highly enough. Recently did a large kitchen extension in an old Victorian house requiring extensive electrical work including the removal of old wiring and lighting etc. replacing with new including a mains circuit breaker box. Complete Electrical worked closely with the main building contractor (Abstract Renovations) and kitchen supplier (Eclectic Kitchens) - everything was carried out precisely and to plan without any problems and very little disruption while still living in the house. After the main building work was finished, I used John to install some garden lighting which ‘completed’ the job perfectly! John is extremely professional, proficient and makes everything really easy (and competitive!) – nothing is too much trouble and with his dry sense of humour, he was a pleasure to have around and I will definitely be using him again.. A very useful ‘sparks’ number to have in your address book.

I had a complete rewire done in the property with new lighting fixtures. John and his team were excellent! They were prompt, always on time and left the flat in a great condition- Very tidy. I had no problem leaving my keys with the guys. They were very flexible and paid attention to what I wanted and advised on practicalities. John was very easy to communicate with, and always answered queries via email or text promptly. I felt very comfortable asking him stupid questions! The company pride themselves on great prices and I agree! John was also able suggest key additions to the flat including extractor fans and smoke alarms which I had not considered before having just moved in to my first property and I am grateful for his advice! They also checked whether I was happy with the work every so often. Overall an excellent company, great workmanship and ethics. I would not hesitate to use Complete Electrical (GB) Limited again-and will be making many recommendations in the future!

Contacted Phil at Vital Phase regarding issues with swapping my existing light for a pendant in our new nursery after some concerns about the safety of the original way the ceiling rose had been wired. Phil was able to quickly diagnose what the issue was over email and then was able to find time to come round within the week to correct the original issue and fit the new pendant for a fair price. After having first used Vital Phase last year to fit a new electric hob and bring a dead plug point back to life I was more than happy to use them again and am very happy that I did! All in all would highly recommended.

Phil was really helpful and spent a while with us trying to work out the fault that was leading to some of our downstairs lights not working. He also identified some other issues that need fixing but did not in any way upsell us. The invoice for the work was a very reasonable amount and the quote offered for the proposed works is also really reasonable. Would definitely recommend!

I was in need of a very quick EICR for a new tenancy, not realising that it was a new regulation. Stanley was very reassuring on the phone and booked an appointment for the next day. Apart from being late, which was perfectly satisfactorily explained, he was professional, efficient and got the job done, with the certificate, so that I did not have to delay the tenants. Stanley is a very calm, attentive and caring man. After what we imagine was a long busy week for him, we called him out as an emergency on a Friday evening. He was kind enough to come round and not just assess a problem, but quickly restore power in our kitchen. He knew without his assistance our freezer full of food would have been ruined. When he arrived, he quickly assessed the problem, managed to get a temporary solution within the hour. Then was kind enough to fit us in the following day, despite it being a weekend, to replace parts that needed replacing. He also gave us good advice and charges reasonably. Overall for a first impression, Stanley cannot be faulted. He was very professional, and clearly cares about his craft. We are indebted to you. We will most certainly be using his services again.

I’ve used PSC many times for a number of domestic and commercial electrical pieces of work (including installation of solar panels). They communicate well (from office to onsite) are always professional, prompt, experienced and lovely to have around. They are not the cheapest and wouldn't expect them to be given the high quality of service and work carried out - the cost is well earned - You get what you pay for! Highly recommend and I will continue to have them as my No 1. electrical contractors for years to come. Great service from top man “Phil”, all office staff and the team on site. Brilliant.

PSC installed our solar panels and batteries a couple of years ago. They were courteous, punctual, and provided excellent service. Recently, we decided to add more batteries to our system. I spoke to Phil on Monday afternoon, and by lunchtime on Wednesday, the batteries were installed! The engineer remained friendly and professional throughout. I highly recommend using PSC.
