Phil was really helpful and spent a while with us trying to work out the fault that was leading to some of our downstairs lights not working.

He also identified some other issues that need fixing but did not in any way upsell us.

The invoice for the work was a very reasonable amount and the quote offered for the proposed works is also really reasonable.

Contacted Phil at Vital Phase regarding issues with swapping my existing light for a pendant in our new nursery after some concerns about the safety of the original way the ceiling rose had been wired. Phil was able to quickly diagnose what the issue was over email and then was able to find time to come round within the week to correct the original issue and fit the new pendant for a fair price.

After having first used Vital Phase last year to fit a new electric hob and bring a dead plug point back to life I was more than happy to use them again and am very happy that I did!
