Pretty happy with the service. Diligent installed a new bathroom extractor fan and works perfectly. There's no more mould. I had to wait 3 weeks before writing this review to test it. I also had a problem with my oven which kept on switching off after 60 seconds. I asked 2 electricians beforehand and they kept telling me my oven is broken even though it was only 2 years old. Diligent replaced one of the boards on the electric box and explained the actual reason. The oven works perfectly fine now.

We required a new fuse board and contacted Diligent Electrical Contractors. It was installed to a very high standard and were extremely happy with the service. They were efficient and definitely took pride in the work that they do. We would highly recommend them and will definitely be using their services going forward should we require any further electrical works.

5 star service at a competitive price. I hired Tyrone to instal an outdoor socket and switch. Job was done on the day of the appointment fast and professionally. I also needed a lighting set and switch to be changed at a later stage and Tyrone once again offered a competitive price and availability to do the work straight away. Brilliant experience, came out on the same day and sorted the problem. Polite and respectful and did the job, explained the issues so I could understand the problem and resolved the faulty wiring issue that was causing the fuse box to trip. I cannot recommend John and his expert team at Complete Electrical more highly enough. Recently did a large kitchen extension in an old Victorian house requiring extensive electrical work including the removal of old wiring and lighting etc. replacing with new including a mains circuit breaker box. Complete Electrical worked closely with the main building contractor (Abstract Renovations) and kitchen supplier (Eclectic Kitchens) - everything was carried out precisely and to plan without any problems and very little disruption while still living in the house. After the main building work was finished, I used John to install some garden lighting which ‘completed’ the job perfectly! John is extremely professional, proficient and makes everything really easy (and competitive!) – nothing is too much trouble and with his dry sense of humour, he was a pleasure to have around and I will definitely be using him again.. A very useful ‘sparks’ number to have in your address book.

I had a complete rewire done in the property with new lighting fixtures. John and his team were excellent! They were prompt, always on time and left the flat in a great condition- Very tidy. I had no problem leaving my keys with the guys. They were very flexible and paid attention to what I wanted and advised on practicalities. John was very easy to communicate with, and always answered queries via email or text promptly. I felt very comfortable asking him stupid questions! The company pride themselves on great prices and I agree! John was also able suggest key additions to the flat including extractor fans and smoke alarms which I had not considered before having just moved in to my first property and I am grateful for his advice! They also checked whether I was happy with the work every so often. Overall an excellent company, great workmanship and ethics. I would not hesitate to use Complete Electrical (GB) Limited again-and will be making many recommendations in the future!

I found ABCD electrical after a quick google search since our electricity suddenly went out at 9pm. After dialling the number on their website someone picked up promptly. After explaining the situation Mike told me that I should contact the power network first before calling out an electrician and wasting my money in case it’s an external issue and if it’s not then he would be happy to help. I had called a couple others before him who were quick to give call out charge quotes so I really appreciated Mike’s honesty! He sent me the number via WhatsApp and I was able to sort it out straight away! Turns out it was external, but if I ever have any electrical issues I know who I’m calling!

I would 100 per cent recommend this company. Called them up yesterday as my elderly mum's electricity in her home cut out in the evening. I spoke to Mike & explained the situation. He turned up about 1 hour later & fixed the situation very quickly. Mike was very professional & I was so relieved he made the situation safe & my mum wasn't left without heating. Thank you Mike.

Beautifully installed boiler. Now every time I open the utility door I am happy. Absolutely beautiful. The team stayed till 2 AM in the morning to finish the work, it is unheard of in this country.

Really lovely experience dealing with Andrew , the installation was quick and efficient. We got the boiler in 2 days later after the one we had broke . Usually you would have to wait at least 7-14 days for a new boiler to be delivered. He even repainted for us ! I cannot recommend this service highly enough. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 I had no water Saturday morning, and arranged a visit with Andre for Sunday in the 12-5 appointment window. I had a restaurant booking for 2pm Sunday I had forgotten about and when I called Andre to see if he can please come closer to 5 so I wouldn’t miss my outing, he went above and beyond for me!! He arrived within a few hours (late on a Saturday night,) checked my boiler out, and came back this (Sunday) morning at 8am with my new boiler. and a helping hand to have it installed. I write this with a new boiler installed about 24 hours after reporting the problem, on my way to my booking with no problems. Never has something that felt like a crisis gone so smoothly. Thank you SO much Andre!!!! He was also careful and considerate with my very curious cat and I really appreciate that as well. A friendly guy who does a great job. I will absolutely be recommending this service to anyone I can, and hope this review has helped you decide this is definitely the right company to call. 🤝

Unbelievable service! Had an issue with loose cables inside my fuse board which could have caused a fire so carried out a test, upgraded the board and checked over my smoke alarms. I won’t be using anyone else after using many incompetent tradesmen.
