Ali was fantastic: fast, friendly and efficient. For just the call out fee and one hour charge he traced lots of wires for four ceiling lights and sockets, to add to the complication some of them are two-way switches, then he repaired the entire circuit, After that he replaced a manual bathroom extractor fan with an automatic one, and then removed a defunct transformer from the repaired circuit. He explained what he was doing while he was doing it, I felt I was in the hands of a professional the whole time.

Ali came to inspect my apartment for obtaining the electrical safety certificate that landlords need to obtain. He was polite, respectful and thorough with his job. He explained what he was doing and what additional work I needed done to ensure the electrics meet the most recent 2022 standard. I had only found Ali’s contact info day before and he visited my apartment within 24h of my call. Highly recommended.

Ibrahim extended the ring circuit in our flat for connecting a dishwasher. It required pulling the cable along the walls for about 5 metres under the kitchen counters. He did all the work diligently, including drilling the cabinets and attaching it to the wall where required. He arrived on time and finished the job without delays, bringing all the materials. I happily recommend him.

This guy is awesome! The lights in half the house weren't working, before starting investigations Peter gave a very coherent break down of the various possibilities to the problem. Within 10mins he had identified the issue and helpfully explained whilst fixing the fault what to look out for in future. Very professional, friendly and excellent value. We had an outlet that suddenly became very hot and made the wall hot too. I called six local electricians and left a call back number. 48 hours went by --no response. Then I called York--immediately spoke with one of the principles. They had an efficient competent man here within three hours who took care of the wiring problem and explained to us the proper safety procedures because we live in a building with very old wiring. I recommend them very highly.

Andrei is an exceptional tradesman and electrician. He arrived promptly at the agreed time, came equipped with all the materials and testing equipment, and performed an immaculate job fitting our new Hypervolt EV wall charger. Despite it being some 15-20m from the consumer unit, he managed to do a clean wiring job so as not to look out of place. He also made a particular Effort to clean dust from drilling etc. Thanks for your hard work, especially as it was a cold day and the job was mostly outdoors!!
