I am always hesitant when booking someone I don't know from a trading website, but Mo at Daddy Electrician was superb. He arrived on time, he was switched on (excuse the pun), knew what he was talking about, highlighted potential issues but wasn't 'selling' and was open to other queries about our electrics. He fixed the shorting problem we had very quickly, all done quickly and efficiently.

Daddy Electrician Ltd provides 5* electricity services. In all my contacts with Mo about the change of consumer unit and kitchen rewiring, Mo has been entirely dedicated to doing a great job. He is reliable, knowledgeable and solution focused. It was not a simple project but Mo invested a lot of time to ensure the result was perfect. He is great at explaining technical things and his advice regarding electricity and other trades has been very useful when redoing my kitchen. My experience working with him and his team on this project has been extremely positive. I felt relaxed through the entire project because Mo was there. Luigi did a great job. From the outset we asked for his advice on what lighting would be appropriate for an awkward walk-in wardrobe space. He listened over the phone and popped over the next day to survey the space. He discussed a few options and gave me the time to decide which option I saw fit. He listened diligently to the brief and I told him I was not the expert so would rely on his expert opinion. The job was completed the following week, there was no fuss and we hardly noticed him doing the work. Above all, he kept the space very clean and ensured everything was thoroughly cleaned after. We were delighted with the final job and a few months on are enjoying our new space. I would not hesitate to use Luigi again. To boot, his professionalism, positive and jolly character was a pleasure. He made our space happen when others were not able to. Thanks again Luigi!

Called in the morning one day last week as something was triggering the fuse box. Billy was able to attend later in the day, he kept me up to date through the day with his ETA and when he arrived he was really friendly and chatty, found the fault and left us with working electricity. There was a part that needed changing, Billy again kept in contact and arranged to come back on Saturday morning to fit, turned up on time, tidied up after himself and explained everything clearly. Really happy with the service we recieved and felt the costs were reasonable and fair, especially considering a same day emergency appointment. Would definitely book Billy again if we needed any work doing.

Had a major electrical problem with my house alarm. I had amazingly prompt service. In this case it was Ben who was so helpful and experienced. Sorted it well within the hour and even voluntarily got my WiFi, which had nothing to do with the alarm, working again. He’s my hero. And I love the efficiency of the office, email confirming appointment etc..which I think was down to Trish. I can’t wait for my next emergency so that I can call them in again. (Okay, maybe that’s going a bit far…but I love them).

Used Quantum thrice now, for different plumbing and heating issues. Good quality of service and efficient with the use of time. For one of the issues the visit had to be rearranged at short notice due to the engineer becoming unavailable. The issue was not urgent though and given the overall experience I feel that 5 stars is deserved. Kudos to Charlie for the engineering work and to Trish for assisting with navigating through the visit rearrangement.
