Sophie was super nice, followed up on my phone call quickly and repaired my item within hours. She even picked it up and delivered it to my place! I'm super happy and positively surprised by this service! Will definitely use her again if need be!
I called Sophie this morning since one of our lamps stopped working. She was heading out of town, but promptly went above and beyond to try to help me by phone. She is a fantastic communicator (I am the least handy person ever and was able to follow her instructions) and I’m floored that she would take a genuine interest in helping me even when it meant I could ultimately solve the problem myself. If you’re reading this, don’t hesitate, just call her!
Unlike many others in her profession, Sophie is an excellent communicator and keeps you constantly up to date with what is required. Very professional and I would recommend to anyone looking for electrical services.
