I've had nothing but a stellar experience with Dr. Parmar and Dr. Nathalal and couldn't recommend Kingston Dental Clinic strongly enough! I had a dental emergency during a weekend and Dr. Parmar was quick to help me get me into the clinic on short notice. From my very first appointment to the several I've had since then, I've been provided with not only kindness and empathy, but also with such detailed care and knowledge in any/all procedures that I've undergone. It also just happened to be that the specialities that my dental emergency required (old crown fell out and took my tooth with it so going through a dental implant,etc) were areas in which Dr. Nathalal and Dr. Parmar have extensive academic and direct experience in their practice. I always leave feeling like I've been listened to, and knowing that both Dr. Nathalal and Dr. Parmar are quick to respond and share any kind of additional support if needed (but I haven't had to follow up on anything because they're always so thorough the first time!). The service from the admin team are just as wonderful, they're quick, thorough, and kind. A silver lining after experiencing a dental emergency as now my family and myself, -toddlers included - have a trustworthy and experienced dentist to go to on a regular basis! Earlier this year I had an upper lip Frenectomy done by Dr Dipil at Kingston Dental, and it went exceptionally well. I’m definitely a more nervous patient and Dr Dipil made me feel very comfortable and was very careful during and after the procedure. My aftercare plan was great and worked perfectly I healed very well and am very very happy with my results 8 months down the line. All round smooth experience and was treated very well by all staff for a great price. Highly recommend this clinic, especially if you are someone who is initially anxious when it comes to dental/ oral procedures. Thanks so much.

I had a really good experience start to finish. Went in for composite bonding and was really happy with the entire process and result. Everything was explained in detail and they were very transparent with the process & pricing - which I really think is very important. The booking system was really efficient- all done online with a reminder send out a day before my appointment. Honestly, Tabitha is super approachable and excellent at what she does, incredibly detail driven and won't hesitate to give you the best tailored guidance on oral health. My sessions always feel super relaxed (I could easily fall asleep whilst she works but make an effort not to) and I wouldn't want anyone else for my appointments!

I joined this surgery when I moved to Surbiton from Hampshire a couple of decades ago, following recommendations. At that time I lived in the same road, a minute away. Since then I have moved a good half-hour drive away but continue to make the journey for my dental work. Mr White is my dentist and I have always found him to be extremely competent, and not wishing to undertake any structural work until it is absolutely required, yet excellent in executing it when needed. The surgery staff are always helpful and the building itself is an architectural gem

Great that this dental practice is open on weekends. I was in excruciating pain with an infected wisdom tooth and got an appointment straight away. I am quite a nervous patient when in comes to dental work. However, the Dentist Dr Muhammad Ali was very good and honest about the treatment. I had the wisdom tooth extracted and to my relief it really was not like what I had imagined. It was quick and pain free. Thank you

I cannot recommend pearl dental clinic and Muhammad enough! I have been to this dentist multiple times for emergency treatment and they have always treated me straight away and been very patient with me considering I am a very nervous patient! The Triangle New Malden is an excellent state of the art dentist practice. Dr Nada was amazing, kind professional dentist. The only issue I have with this practice is that the 3 lovely receptionists don't wear name badges. So one does not know their names or who we're talking to as more than one dealt with my booking. Otherwise, great experience 👍

I saw Sumah last week with toothache and she was really kind. I went today for an extraction with her and dental nurse Sandra. Despite it being a tricky extraction, I was comfortable throughout and both ladies kept checking I was ok; Sandra even moved my hair away from my eyes without being asked! Very grateful to Brightsmile Kingston, illness destroying bone in my jaw i suddenly found myself in agony with several loose teeth. applied to Brightsmile for emergency help and very grateful they were able to treat me at short notice. Since being gassed as a small boy by a somewhat brutal NHS dentist and waking up during the extraction procedure because the gas bottle was empty, I have had a mortal fear of dentists & dental clinics in general all of my life since that traumatic day? Even the smell of a dental surgery or thought of a close impending dental appointment would throw my body into a pathetic state of fretful visible shaking? Then later I found that I no longer had no choice but to arrange an appointment as my remaining teeth were truly rotten & painful. My breath smelt appalling, unsurprisingly as I was being slowly poisoned, my digestive system was constantly under attack, and I had already been treated for (directly associated) two small stomach cancers & numerous polyps removal procedures. My inability to chew, eat and digest my food properly was quite conducive to my overall digestive process degeneration and bacterial poisoning! Now, (for the second time) I have been to the Brightsmile Dentist Clinic in Kingston Upon Thames, and on both occasions they were extremely sensitive to my terrors & fears and helped me work through them with patience & kindness. Additionally they have removed all of the offending teeth that were poisoning my bloodstream and given me help & guidance with a view to further specialised treatment by NHS specialist consultants at select hospitals? I’m 72 years of age now & the thought of their help, patience and kindness has restored much of my faith in human nature? So THANK YOU Brightsmile dental team for helping me turn my life around and guiding me forward to potentially longer happier life and longevity!

I've been coming to this dental practice for about 30 years, since before it moved to Kingston from Clapham. I decided to stay with them, despite no longer being local, because they are excellent. Reception are efficient and helpful. Niall has been my dentist for about 18 years and has dealt admirably with my numerous dental issues whilst explaining things with clarity. Most importantly - he isn't heavy-handed. Cheryl has been my hygienist for a few years. In a few visits, I learnt more from Cheryl about ways of cleaning than from anyone else in my lifetime. She is friendly, helpful, does a brilliant job and - she isn't heavy-handed.

Saw the dentist and hygienist one after the other which is very convenient. Whilst I could never claim that a trip to the dentist is a pleasure, both appointments were on-time with knowledgable and pleasant professionals. Have been coming here for years and have no qualms about continuing to do so.
