We've been delighted with the work from JJ Carpentry, creating and installing bespoke casement windows for our home in Lewes, which is a Listed Building. They took great care to respond to a tricky and very exacting brief, to conform exactly to very tight planning regulations. They also did the work bang on schedule, bang to budget, and worked in tricky weather to install the windows on the top floor of a tall town house within the time schedule promised. Great care was taken throughout, while the craftsmanship and the communication with us, as customers, has been exemplary. Will happily recommend the company to anyone.

Thank you to everyone at JJ for their professionalism and hard work when completing our kitchen renovation. We found everyone to be very reliable and easy to communicate with. From the onset, Alan had a nice, friendly manner and it was his designs that enabled us to achieve a beautiful kitchen within our budget. Shelley in the office was easy to get hold of throughout the whole process. All the trades that visited our home were friendly and skilled. Matt and Rob were both outstanding, nothing was too much trouble and they worked so hard every day to ensure that they fitted our kitchen to the highest standard. We have no hesitation recommending JJ Carpentry to others; we were very lucky to have found them and would use them again if we needed to.

JJ Carpentry replaced casements in two of the windows in our Victorian house. Neither window was straightforward- one had two curved sections of glass and the other was in a very dubious state after previous repair attempts. At every stage of the process the communication we received was clear and, as the work progressed, Alan advised where extra repairs were necessary and why. We are really pleased with the finished work and would not hesitate to use JJ Carpentry again.

We are so happy with the work completed in our garden which included the building of an external staircase, renewing the deck and making a lovely feature of an out of an control tree! From our first contact with JJ Carpentry to meeting with Alan the CEO and then the allocation of our work has been a highly positive and stress free experience. Ross and Nathan, who completed the work, are such lovely guys who have worked very hard and have been a delight to have around.

We are very happy with all aspects of the work and would definitely work with JJ Carpentry again.

We are very pleased with the recent work - additional studwall room divider to downstairs toilet and utility cupboard (now housing our washing machine). Installation of slat shelving to airing cupboard. Additional windows to studio/workshop out building. All the staff at JJ Carpentry Services were very polite,helpful and professional.
