Pleased with Halfords service in changing tyres. Reception could have been friendlier. In fairness it was a cold Monday morning!

First visit to Halfords Teddington as could not get booked at our local branch. Very impressed with the location, easy to get to and plenty of parking. Reception was clean and tidy. Welcome was friendly polite and helpful. Car was put through mot promptly and professionally. When I went back to collect was given clear information on advisories and action needed. Excellent service, highly recommend 5*

I've been reluctant to use Halfords after a bad experience at Feltham. Got to say Teddington is great. I took my van into Teddington with a faulty windscreen wash they diagnosed and replaced the water pump with a new item all within 4 hours. I was expecting it to take two to three days.

Friendly, reliable and always willing to try and help. We've used the autocentre twice since moving to the area and have received a fantastic service both times. Top bunch of guys who work there.
