Dave and his team are brilliant , been going there for a long time now and never disappointed. Competitive prices too

I have been using this garage for a few years now. They are very helpful, often check little things for FREE, and I have never had a reason to have an issue with any repair. They really know their German cars, and are always courteous. Today they fitted me in for an urgent repair because I am needing the car in a couple of days for a long trip, even though they are fully booked. Many thanks to Dave, Jamie and the engineers.

No words can quite put into words how amazing Dave & his team are but I’ll try. When my car broke down, unable to drive (it was dead) I made the mistake of getting a tow to a VW dealership (big mistake)….HUGE! In a nutshell the dealership tried to pull my 🩲⬇️on price. I’m talking big money here. I think it’s because I’m a girl if I’m honest & talking to big dealership is like talking to robots, they don’t listen or care. So I looked on the internet & found this business. I called and explained what happened to my beautiful car, heartbroken and tapped because it was stuck in this dealership, I thought I had no choices so wanted to give it one last chance. Dave was amazing, listened and cared about helping me. Understood exactly what had happened and the diagnosis. The only issue was how to get the car from the dealership but he had a tow man friend…bonus!! Dave and his team fixed my baby with no issues at all. The difference in price was unreal! Dave and his team of car wizards are so bloody lovely. The culture in this place is unreal. I think this is really testament to good work ethic and caring about what you do. They really know their stuff and take the time to explain everything you need to know. I will never go anywhere else now. It’s clear to see when you are sat in the office with other clients that this business is built on it’s outstanding service as the people waiting have been his clients for years. A real community vibe, you know?! Dave and his team are good peeps (see what I did there 😉😛). So from the bottom of my heart thank you all for everything you did to help me. You the best!! I cannot thank AVS enough for helping me out and sorting me out. I was expecting a job lasting a few hours but they managed to see the issue and so it ended up costing considerably less. I will not hesitate one iota to contact AVS again should I have another issue. I'm generally not one to recommend - each to their own - but on this occasion I will. You will not be disappointed.!

I've been visiting this specialist for the last decade for my audi rs4 / vw polo needs. Always fantastic service, communication and workmanship. Dave who runs it is absolutely faultless and I really highly recommend him and his garage.
