I recently moved from Brighton to Surrey and decided to switch my MOT testing to my local Halfords. I’m happy to say I wasn’t disappointed. The whole experience was great from start to finish. I had an MOT and wait, and I only had to wait about an hour. Once the MOT was completed, the technician/mechanic Michael offered some excellent advice regarding the advisories on my car and even talked to me about purchasing tires online for the next MOT so it works out cheaper than their local prices - zero pushy sales pitches or upsells, just honest and helpful guidance. Both the man who booked my car in and the technician who carried out the MOT were friendly and professional. I’ve always found the Halfords garage in Brighton to be trustworthy, and I’m happy to say this location has upheld that reputation. I would definitely recommend this garage and will be telling my friends and family about it.
