I got in touch with Andy as my Tesla Model S had been hit on the wheelarch causing 2 dents and scratches. Andy got in touch in a very short time and has a great communication style. Unfortunately, the car was not suitable for a smart repair (due to the dent) but Andy was kind enough to pro-actively connect me with a recommended garage that could do the work which I subsequently gave the work to. It's rare that you come across people like Andy willing to put the time and effort into a conversation that ultimately gave the business away. Andy puts his customers' needs first...we have 2 cars and 3 motorcycles in the fleet and I will 100% use him for any future smart repairs.

I have had bodywork repair done by Andy several times over the years and have always been extremely pleased and happy with the work he has done. He is very experienced, knowledgeable and helpful - whether the job is big or small. He is a perfectionist and his workmanship is excellent. He is always easy to communicate with, is prompt with his responses and is just a very nice guy to deal with. I have recommended Andy previously and would absolutely do so again! Met Andy this morning and he’s friendly but very professional. I wanted to get some small repairs done to my car before I sell it, he did some amazing work for me… yet he was also honest with what he thought I should see how much I get for it first of all, before getting anything else done.. as I don’t want to spend a fortune and not get it back! .I greatly appreciated this advise as a female driver, am always worried Im going to be taken advantage of so thank you very much Andy…. Andy went over and above to get a scratch out of my door, excellent communication throughout. I'd recommend anyone to contact him. A truly genuine person who will give you no nonsense answers and fantastic customer service. You aren't treated like 'another customer' you are spoken to like someone he has known for years.
