Couldn't be more friendly and to the point, my break pads and discs were on their last legs and when booking my car in, they were able to fit me in the following morning with no hassle. They made sure I understood the costs involved and kept me informed throughout the day of any other issues that popped up. I hope I don't need to take my car in again for some time but if I do, I will definitely be taking it to Mr Clutch in Aldershot.

I booked my car in for an MOT and major service recently with Mr Clutch. Overall they were definitely worthy of 5 stars. I found the website extremely easy to use and loved the features of it finding your exact car and then having the various options to choose from. The price quoted was very reasonable and there were no hidden costs. On the day they were good at communicating any issues and timings. One of the parts was going to cost more than the initial quote however they were extremely honest and explained the part only required replacing after 40k miles while my car had done 20k. As such they recommended not doing the replacement and they reduced my service price accordingly. I highly appreciated this as I think it’s very important to be able to trust your mechanic. Keep up the great work!
