The whole process was easy. I booked the MOT slot online, paid for it, and when I got there, I just gave my key to the lady at the counter, waited my time and when the car was ready I just drove away. Friendly and professional service.

Got what I needed eventually, mechanic really helpful , office staff could be a bit more smiley and approachable but it's Kwik fit. It was quick and they fitted it .
