Had an MOT and a Service on my car with these guys - they were fantastic. Really friendly and professional, the works were reasonably priced, and they even went above and beyond collecting me from my house to retrieve my car as I had no other means. Would absolutely recommend to anyone, and will definitely be using them again.

Was due an MOT on my car but unfortunately on the way into the centre near my home in London my windscreen cracked therefore couldn’t pass its MOT. Found these guys online the day my windscreen was replaced in Guildford and called them that evening to see if they could squeeze me in. They found the extra time early before opening hours to complete this for me. Really nice lads that have bundles of experience. Highly recommend.

I’ve been using Charterhouse since we moved to the area. Every experience with them has been excellent and prices are more than fair. I wouldn’t let anyone else look after my car now. Here’s an example of how helpful they are: it’s 3.00pm on a Friday and my car won’t start, the battery has gone over Christmas. I’m back in at work on Monday. I phone Charterhouse who sourced a battery, came to collect the car (N.B. I’m very local) and then replaced it. By 4.30pm I had the car back on my drive, ready to go for Monday. What a place! I’m new to the area and I knew my car needed a service and a coolant leak looking at. I was booked in for a Wednesday, and then I couldn’t make that due to travel arrangements. One short phone call, I was able to move my booking to an earlier date without hassle. I dropped my car off at 8am Monday morning, and the full service was complete as well as coolant leak fixed by Tuesday evening!! Incredible customer service, with email updates (which were great as meant I didn’t need to keep chasing missed calls like other garages do). A very honest and to the point garage. They have also sorted my noisy windscreen wipers… result! And very reasonably priced too!! I will now be using Charterhouse garage for all my car needs :)
