Top Cafes in Horwich, Greater manchester

Visited yesterday on first sunny day in ages. After long, long walk up and around the Pike we were very ready for what the cafe had to offer. Despite being really busy, staff were lovely and polite, service was surprisingly quick and efficient. As for the food - delicious!! Excellent value for money as well as being top quality. Thank you for a lovely experience to finish off a lovely walk 😊

The barn has been extended significantly outside with weather canopies to keep the rain off. Lovely food, lovely atmosphere and decent parking although it does get VERY busy at weekends and holidays.

Lovely food, great service too. The menu is a little on the pricey side, but the food is all fresh and delicious so a nice treat after a long hike around Rivington Pike

Visted the Old Grey Barn today. We had a lovely snack, a cream scone, and coffee and tea. We would highly recommend a visit, we will try a lunch next visit.

A return visit to the lower barn cafe. A busy spot where on occasions parking can be difficult but today was fine.

There is seating inside and out however we chose to sit inside.

Plenty of seating available and a good menu. The menu changes and there is always a specials board. The food is very good and served quickly.

Toilets are in the next building and inside there is a small shop selling local goods. Some beautiful walks on n the area so a good spot to start and end.
