Every Builder needs a good butty shop local to his job, and this one is really spot on!!. 👷👌 ... I've been to this butty shop several times over the last 10 years as local to summerseat. In the past, it was an okay place if you were stuck, very average, no frills!! After recently hearing that this place had been taken over, I thought i would give the place a go!!! Well, what a transformation and couldn't phrase the new owners & staff enough!!. The place has had a massive transformation with a new ejection life deffenlty brought to the place, can feel the new energy as ya enter.!! Staff are bubbly an full banter 🤩🧑‍🍳👩‍🍳.. They have still kept some of the traditional pies & cakes that this place was known for, but also have brought a new lease life to the menu!! 🥧🥪🍟🌮🥓🥗🍰🎂🥯🍇... Offering a wide selection of hot & cold sandwiches 🥪 and dishes!!. You will spend more time struggling to work out what to have!! Make sure ya check out their daily specials!! deffo not to be missed - tried the pulled pork butty the other day, and it was spot on 🤤🤤🍔🍟.... I would Deffnlty go back and certainly be recommending to fellow tradies 10 /10 from use!!

The home made cakes are amazing and nothing is too much trouble for the owners. All the food is freshly made and tasty 😋

Just had a good time relaxing from stressful work in this little lovely place. Hospitable and nice people. The sandwich was my own selection and they made it taste perfect. They even offered me to taste a pie and I thank you guys.
