We used Thanetians for our works annual dinner for around 80 people on Friday 7 June 2019. Our theme was “The Great Gatsby” and we could not fault Thanetians they did a fantastic job in decorating our 8 tables in a black and gold theme. They really listened to what we wanted and made any additions along the way and made the room look fantastic. We were at St Augustine’s in Westgate-on-Sea and we had the Chapel. The tables looked stunning with big ostrich feathers and tall vases with led lights around the top. The table and chairs covers looked amazing really did take our breath away when we walked into the room. Thank you Nikki and Amanda for making our annual dinner brilliant.

The hardest thing about this review will be keeping it short. We cannot say enough about Charlotte and Katie. Their enthusiasm was there right from the start, from the very first meeting. They finished our thoughts and sentences and we had an immediate reassurance that we were in capable hands. We are very detailed orientated, we had done most of the planning ourselves before we brought Charlotte and Katie on board and that’s probably our biggest regret, not finding them sooner and bringing them on board earlier. Their experience, attention to detail and organisational skills were self-evident and they asked about details that no one else had thought of except us. Other than us (the bide and groom) they were the only people to have EVERY single detail of the big day (and remember them). We knew we could completely trust them to manage the set up and running of our special day. They understood our whole vision and the part that every supplier played in our day. We can honestly say that we had brilliant suppliers, but there were so many jobs that fell outside of the venue/ florist/ stylist etc that without Black Sheep, those jobs wouldn’t have got done and our day wouldn’t have been as special as it was. The day before the wedding, we realised that there were DIY jobs that we weren’t going to get done, so we asked the girls if they could do them and they agreed without hesitation. We felt guilty at the amount we asked them to do, but they really took it all in their stride, they were completely unfazed. No idea how they did it all in the time. They did not stop working from the day before our wedding, all the way through our wedding, right through to every bag, crate, box and fairly light being packed up. They even kept the staff at the venue on their toes, prompting them to clear plates. No job was ever too big or too small for Charlotte and Katie. They were always there when they were needed and they made it look effortless, but we know it absolutely wasn’t. The wedding industry can be greedy and grasping, but Katie and Charlotte give everything they’ve got and then a bit more. They were determined to make our day as stress free and perfect as possible for us. They went above and beyond what we expected, even our guests have commented on how much they did throughout the day. Katie & Charlotte won’t let you down, the relationship between them is special and they are a formidable team. Nothing we can say in any review will express our gratitude for all they did for us, we are so sad that we don’t get to do the wedding planning over again, except this time with Black Sheep involved from the beginning.

Where do I begin?! Charlotte and Katie were amazing from the day we met them! Throughout the planning process they were on hand to answer any questions, gave advice on ideas and provided us with recommendations of suppliers (which we used and loved!). They shared our enthusiasm for the day, complimented each other with the knowledge, skills and expertise they both brought and were two amazing ladies who we felt we could completely trust with the planning and running of our special day. They were brilliant setting up our venue the day before and morning of the wedding (and packing up at the end of the night too!), were busy liaising with suppliers, setting up and dressing areas and were a genuine friend to the bride during stressful moments! During the day, Charlotte and Katie did not stop! They had planned the day perfectly and even with the unpredictable British weather (heavy rain in August!!) the changes they made to the running of the day seemed effortless and unfazed them. They went above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect, so much so that I wouldn’t even know where to begin to list everything! They both really understood the vision we had for the day, were honest with what would and wouldn’t work and gave us ideas we would have never thought of. Charlotte and Katie were both professional and a friend at the same time. We are so grateful and felt very lucky to have them be a part of our special day. There is not one thing we would change about our day and so much of that is down to these superhuman ladies!

I don’t even know where to start in saying thank you to Charlotte and her team for helping us on our wedding day. From start to finish, Charlotte made sure every single detail was checked and looked after. Throughout the whole build up, she was reassuring and positive - putting us totally at ease. On the day, she ensured everything was set up to the highest quality and that everything ran smoothly behind the scenes. There is no way we could of had our day run without a glitch without Charlotte and her team! I cannot thank her or recommend highly enough!

My wife and I knew we needed a lot of help in planning our wedding because of the huge number of guests we were expecting so we interviewed several planners but Once we met Blessing we knew immediately she was the one to help plan our wedding. She was beyond helpful throughout the planning process. She always got back to us immediately and there was no question she couldn't answer. She also helped to get the best and most affordable wedding vendors for us. On our wedding day she was everywhere solving every problem and making the day perfect. Also the wedding decorations she setup for the hall were absolutely beautiful to the point where people were coming up to my wife to ask for Blessing's contact details. After the wedding she stayed forever making sure every last item was packed up. I'm telling you there's nothing Blessing didn't do. She has truly become family and words aren't enough to recommend her enough. If I could I would actually have another wedding (with my wife of course) just to experience the magic of Blé.

My husband and I can not thank Blessing enough for making our wedding day so special and so well managed co-ordinated. Blessing is an amazing Event Planner / Designer. She has excellent organisational skills, is very professional and has a large range of contacts which is a must when planning a wedding. Blessing supported us in choosing the wedding venue, wedding attire including my dress, photographer, music, catering, flowers and hair and make up. In addition, she assisted us in negotiating prices with suppliers. The investment in a wedding planner was the best decision we ever made. We had a fantastic stress free day and Blessing was with us from start to finish. All our guests were very complimentary of the service provided by Blessing. I would highly recommend Blessing to anyone looking for an event planner / designer, as she works tirelessly to ensure your dreams come true.

Blessing was the wedding planner for my friends wedding, I was a bridesmaid and Blessing did an absolutely amazing job. She catered for everyone from the bride, to the family, to us the bridal party. Everything came out beautifully and the bride was super pleased with everything. Very professional at the face of adversity also. Handled everything very well on the day as well as the whole weekend (destination wedding in Italy). Would definitely recommend Blessing to anyone!

Blessing coordinated my wedding day in May 2018, from finalising the decorations of our reception, to understanding our wishes for the day, making our delicious wedding cake and finally making it all happen by contacting the suppliers and providing a schedule. I booked the Mother’s Day bento cake decorating workshop for my myself and my mum. We had such a laugh and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. It made such a lovely Mother’s Day treat and we got to take our delicious cakes home too! Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a workshop to try. Thank you for a lovely time 💗

Ordered my engagement party cake plus cupcakes and they looked amazing and tasted great. Efficient service, also the cake and cupcakes was delivered to the venue of the party which was so helpful on the day. Will definitely use Wright Choice Events again!

Wow what can I say except a huge thank you to Angela and her family for making my daughters 5th bday so colourful, magical and damn right amazing!!! I would highly recommend these guys to anyone wanting to make their special day that bit more special. True professionals from start to finish, they listened to what we wanted, gave such helpful advice, answered any questions promptly and were so kindhearted. Wonderful people alert!! Elegant events provided a wonderful experience. The balloon arch was stunning and exceeded my expectations. The set up was quicker than I had anticipated but they still paid attention to every detail. It was the most beautiful back drop for our evening. I attended a Christmas wreath makingg event with elegant events yesterday and it was fantastic! They should us how to make it from start to finish. This was my final result and i couldn't be happier with it. The atmosphere was fantastic and it got us all in the Christmas mood! Thank you to Kerry and the team for creating and absolutely incredible backdrop at the stunning venue Roseyard Kent for my husband's 40th. From start to finish they were so professional and so helpful and able to create exactly what I envisioned. Also last minute I had to change the date and extend the hire. No questions asked they were more than willing to accommodate my request. The who set up was stress free for me! I wish Elegant Events were located to where I live as I organise so many parties and would loved to have used their services. Thank you Elegant Events of Kent for the decorations! I would 100% recommend this team to anyone looking for decor set up for events!

Angie is amazing! She literally made any idea we had become reality saving us so much stress and time. We wanted something a bit different and she wasn’t in the slightest bit phased and everything fitted perfectly. The favour tags, table plan, guestbook and centre pieces were specially made for us. We just found a photo of something we liked and she had it made or we gave her an idea and she created it. The photos just don’t do her work justice. Thanks so much Angie for making life so easy! My husband and I got married at this unique venue June 2019 and what a wonderful special time we had. The lead up to the wedding was enjoyable and relaxed due to Kirsty. She made us feel special and couldn't do enough for us. We had the most magical day, the venue is stunning, the team were lovely and nothing was too much bother. We enjoyed fish and chips, the carousel and finished off with dancing into the night with a band on the stage. It was just pure magical.

I absolutely loved photographing Jack & Izzy's Wedding at the Chapel House Estate and I cannot recommend this venue enough! Living locally to Chapel House Estate this venue has to be one of my favourites not just in Thanet but in the whole of Kent. There are endless opportunities for photographs in the gardens surrounding the main house. There are so many different options for couples no wedding is the same at this stunning venue. I can't wait to come back!

Chapel House Estate and the team were absolutely amazing! We knew from the first visit in 2022 (when it was still a building site!) that it was the one for us. We got married here back in June in the Old Malt Granary and it was the perfect location for us - the exposed brick and floor to ceiling windows were stunning. Every member the team was so helpful, especially Georgia who was our fabulous on-the-day co-ordinator! We did have a few issues with music during dinner but these were promptly rectified by the staff (with the help of the Head Chef's phone!). Everyone who came to our wedding was absolutely blown away from start to finish. Thank you so much for making our day everything we dreamed it would be! It will always hold a special place in our heart.

I recently attended a Christmas party at this venue, and it was absolutely stunning! The decorations were beautiful and created the perfect festive atmosphere. The food was delicious, and the service was excellent—attentive and friendly throughout the evening. The live music was outstanding and added a special touch to the night. I would highly recommend this venue for any occasion—it truly made the event unforgettable!

We had our company Christmas do here this year. All of us that attended had the best time, made all the better by Keeley and her team. From the minute we arrived to time we left, we were thoroughly looked after by all of the staff at Chapel House. This ticked every box for us there was a lot of brilliant attention to detail that made a very memorable night that no doubt we will all remember for time to come. Amazing service from Kent Events…. We contacted Jay back in January to organise my birthday party in July..he arranged marquee, toilets, 360 photo, catering (bbq-the burgers were insane), music, sax and bongos which were brilliant. Everyone had an amazing night.. they really took the stress out of organising a party… highly recommend them ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
