From the moment we hired Matt, we were obsessed. Wedding planning can be so difficult due to the number of options for every vendor, stress about budget, and generally having to project manage all of the different pieces (in addition to working a full time job), but Matt helped us narrow down vendors that were in our budget and also top notch in their field - each vendor was also simply wonderful to work with. Matt’s organization was spectacular and communication was prompt, transparent, and informative. He answered every question I could possibly have had (and there were A LOT). And that’s all just leading up to the big day. When I tell you he absolutely NAILED my vision… it was literally perfect. Since he nailed the vision, each of the vendors knew what to expect as well, creating a community of knowing exactly what we were looking for. Matt and his team flawlessly executed the day of - every guest knew where they were supposed to be and when, the wedding party and family were properly managed, and my husband and I didn’t need to lift a finger or worry about a single thing because Matt and team had everything under control. While the wedding day and planning process were quite literally flawless, the best part of it all is that over our 18ish months of working together, I can consider Matt Mitchell to be a friend, a trusted advisor, and a confidant. I cannot say enough good things about working with Matt! We trusted him with our big day and he NAILED IT, helping make our wedding perfect in every way. There was no detail too small, no stone unturned. He was the perfect partner throughout all of the planning, offering his expertise each and every step of the way. And on site, during our three big wedding events, he and his team were everywhere, all at once, stepping in whenever needed. When our linens showed up late Friday night, Matt and his team rallied and got all of the tables set in record time. When our Saturday venue staff were slow, he and his team jumped rallied. We hired Matt for month-of wedding planning services. Matt and his team did a great job! He was very helpful during the pre-month-of time period, answering any questions we had via email. Once we got to the month of the wedding, Matt took over, organizing final venue walk throughs/rehearsals and coordinating vendors via email. We had booked one particularly difficult vendor (not Matt's fault, we booked without asking him) and Matt did a great job working through the difficulties of that vendor. We recommend Matt and his team!

Matt and his team were one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! When looking into wedding coordinator's, like many of our vendor categories, the personal connection we felt was just as important as the confidence and trust we felt we would have with a vendor. Matt is an extremely talented, experienced, and just all-around great person to work with and trust for our big day. From the very first conversation, we knew we would not worry one bit about having Matt represent us and handle all the fires & decisions that would be needed to handle, and when the wedding day came, we were 100% correct in our decision. Matt was there for us leading up to the wedding anytime we needed to bounce ideas off of him, get vendor recommendations, have him take lead with managing vendors, and also kept us on track through his amazing client portal and his approach to thinking through all the things we didn't know about. We knew on the day of the wedding that there would be little fires and so we wanted someone who would handle them so we could enjoy our day as much as possible, and Matt did that for us. We truly enjoyed our day way more then we expected and that was because of all the planning we did that Matt helped us through. We highly recommend Matt for anything he does!

In our first meeting with Matthew Mitchell, we told him that we wanted to enjoy the process of planning our wedding. From that moment forward, he worked to make elements that did not seem fun, enjoyable. Matthew took the time to learn us as individuals and as a couple so that the planning was tailored to our needs and desires. There was never a time where worry entered thoughts because Matthew stood on the front lines so that any issues were handled and our only involvement was to say what we wanted and what we didn't. His priority is his bride and groom. Our trust grew greatly with him that although he always check with us in making decisions, there were several times we would have him work out the details and we never disappoint we the results.
