Excellent offices located in an old refurbished hall. Great facilities, superb location with a golf course wrapping around the offices, the building, drive and entrance are very impressive. The staff are very nice and helpful.

Working with Carrie and her team has been lovely. Their network of suppliers on and off the island is fantastic and they were great at bringing all different businesses together and sorting ferries/accommodation for the suppliers that weren't island based. English outdoor weddings always have a degree of risk.. and we had to come up with a wet weather plan the day before our wedding as the weather was not looking good... Carrie was so wonderful in coming up with new options, getting everyone to change the plan, and keeping me and my now husband calm! Had we not had Carrie I think our dream wedding would have turned out very different and so can't thank her enough.

Where do we even begin! If you don’t already have Wed & Prosper for your wedding, then you must. We reached out to Carrie and Rachel within a matter of weeks after getting engaged 2 years ago, right from our first video call with them we knew they were right for us. We don’t live on the island so their contacts and expertise was essential for us. Nothing was ever too much trouble, any idea we had was noted down and made happen, any worries or concerns we had were soon resolved and reassured. Any time we had a bit of pre-wedding wobbles, our regular video call with Carrie was sure to put us at ease. The whole team were always available to answer any emails or messages in a timely manner also. As well as full planning, we also had stationary and floristry from Rachel. Wow. What an amazing job she did. Our whole vision was captured to perfection, we could not have been happier with the end result. Then came the day, we had Carrie as our on the day coordinator and her talents continued to impress. Not only did the day run perfectly smoothly, but when I had a dress malfunction Carrie was on hand with a needle, thread and cocktail in hand for me! Just amazing. Where do we start! Rachel and Carrie were amazing from start to finish, we chose the following services: Planning Styling Coordination Prop Hire Signage We had regular meetings with Carrie throughout the year before the wedding, she worked with us using her years of experience to get both what we wanted and what was realistic/achievable. She was an amazing coordinator on the day of our wedding, working tirelessly throughout to make sure everything was perfect. Rachel, who did our styling, knew exactly what we wanted and the end result was amazing, come rain or shine she was there to pull it all together! Even with a yellow weather warning in place they knew exactly what to do and were invaluable, we highly recommend this fantastic company ❤️

Could not praise the Wed & Prosper team any higher, even 5 stars seems an injustice. Carrie, Rachel and Flossy were unbelievable in helping us plan our wedding day - we truly could not have done it without them. From helping us liaise with 1000 different suppliers to hand picking flowers to build the centerpieces. Even on the day when things threatened to go wrong they were amazing in keeping us calm and ensuring everything ran smoothly. Thanks so much.

The atmosphere is amazing. The customer service is great, the rooms are nice alittle small but I'm in a single so not sure about the others. The breakfast was amazing. The location says high street but I nearly drove past it so might need more night lighting.

Our perfect wedding 05.10.2024 From our first initial chat to Clive about our Wedding and the day itself, Clive and team were all so professional, helpful and absolutely amazing. Staying the night before with many of our guests, our room was ideal, neat, clean and very comfy. Wedding ceremony, was punctual and all went according to plan. Landscape Garden was the perfect setting for our photos, standing under the feature tree surrounded by beautiful flowers. Wedding breakfast food was absolutely delicious each guest had the option of picking from three different choices from starter, main and desert and are all still raving about their chosen dishes, outstanding. Evening reception worked so well having the bar situated in a middle room, with comfy seating areas and dancing room flowing off. A vast choice for buffet food, again absolutely delicious. Our family and friends are still saying how perfect the whole day and evening went. We couldn’t have asked for a better venue and compliment you all on having something very special, going above and beyond. Thank you so much for making our and our guests day so memorable. This is a lovely Georgian hotel, when we arrived we asked if our rooms had a bath and they changed them for us which meant we had a lovely view from 2nd floor and nice big bath. Breakfast was good - ok service was a bit slow but it’s not a “business” hotel and the waiter was around for us to ask for what we needed. It is very good value and I think some of the complainers need to bear this in mind. Shock, horror - in an old hotel you have to walk up stairs; this is made very clear in the hotel details. I’m personally v glad there is still a good, old fashioned, low key hotel in existence.

Great place to eat with friends. A quiet and pleasant room to catch up or a romantic evening.Food and drinks were delivered in good time and with a smile. The goat cheese tart was delicious as a starter. We had the Haddock and pork for our mains, both were full of flavour and again delicious. We will definitely be back.

Visited this place for a friend of mine to get married, good little pub to meet in at the bottom of the road just a short walk away. The staff were very helpful ok the day (although the man cutting his grass right through the ceremony wasn't ideal), truly beautiful setting set to get married, the caterers were brilliant and the bar selection was great too. I think the only downside to this place would be there is no congregating area outside if it were to rain, maybe a permanent gazebo like structure on the grounds would shield from some of the weather and even the sun! Definately a contender for my own wedding! Will be visiting again I'm sure!

We went for the Santas grotto. The Father Christmas was probably the most realistic one I have ever seen. The elves and Santa were brilliant gave a really nice message to the children and made it really special. However my son was very disappointed in getting ‘a girls present’. It was a doodle bean toy but was pink themed and was very disappointed.

Had the pleasure of holding a wedding here over Bank holiday weekend. This stunning venue is the perfect backdrop for any celebration. It's rustic charm is supported by its modern amenities. The land lends itself to multiple ideas, for drinks reception and games area. This is all topped off by the professional service provided by Adam and Kay. Adam was extremely attentive on our day, but not intrusive. Never late for an appointment and always willing to help. I wish I could have a reason to use this venue more often. We loved it. Highly recommend.
