We used Ginger to cater our wedding day and the evening before. Everything was perfect, from initial menu planning with Sally and her team to creating specific individual menu requests, (they were amazingly creative and thoughtful every step of the way), through to a wonderful tasting of multiple options, refining menu choices, always on hand in the months leading up to answer any and all questions we had and to make sure everything was exactly as we wanted, and then bringing it all completely smoothly to life on our wedding day. We had so many guests say it was the best wedding food they’d ever had. The presentation and taste of all of the food was perfect. Can’t recommend Ginger highly enough. Anyone in the process of deciding between caterers, you cannot go wrong with Sally and her team, we wish we could have all the food again!!

Sally and the team at Ginger Catering created a bespoke seating sharing style menu for our wedding at Somerley Woodland. I can well see why Ginger Catering are recommended caterers for Somerley, they provide a faultless first class service. The food was absolutely delicious, plentiful, and so beautifully presented. We had so many comments from our guests on how amazing the food was, meat eaters, vegetarians & vegans alike. I had every confidence in Ginger Catering, from our guests arriving & being greeted with a drink at the reception bar prior to the ceremony to the clearing of tables & alcohol when the evening bar opened, the day ran so smoothly. They are doing so much behind the scenes that you don’t even notice to ensure a flawless service which gave me every confidence & also the opportunity to relax not only on the day but also the lead up to the wedding knowing that everything was in hand. We also had a fantastic experience when Sally invited us for our menu tasting, we were absolutely blown away by the food & couldn’t believe how amazing it all was. The best food we have ever tasted! Throughout the planning process Sally patiently answered my never-ending questions, including advice on timings for the day & drink quantity recommendations. On the day, everything was served on time, piping hot, and by amazing staff. When asked nothing was too much trouble & brought to the table quickly. Absolute Perfection! Our October ‘24 wedding at Somerley House was outstanding from start to finish. The food tasting was one of our favorite parts of wedding planning. We felt so spoiled being able to sample so many delicious dishes and desserts. By the end, we were so full that Sally practically had to roll us out the door 😂. On our wedding day, the catering team knocked it out of the park. During cocktail hour, they passed around a variety of hors d’oeuvres, and we received fantastic feedback from our guests. Everyone raved about how great the food was, and the team went above and beyond to accommodate those with allergies, offering thoughtful options for everyone. Many of our guests even mentioned how friendly and personable the staff were, taking the time to chat about all things british culture and getting to know them. A couple staff members even brought a selection of hors d’oeuvres directly to me and Sam (my husband), which was such a thoughtful touch. The wedding breakfast (dinner) was equally flawless. The team expertly managed a variety of dietary needs, including gluten and seafood allergies, without compromising the quality or flavor of the meal. The trio of desserts they served was so incredible that I’m still dreaming about it today! As an American marrying a Brit, we knew it would be challenging to balance two different sets of cultural food expectations. Exceptional culinary experience from start to finish! This catering team knocked it out of the park at our wedding. The crab starter was delightful, setting the tone for an unforgettable meal. The beef Wellington was simply the best we've ever tasted - perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor. Dessert was a showstopper, leaving our guests raving. Their creativity shone through in the afternoon tea-themed cocktail hour, adding a charming touch to our celebration. The late-night snacks were a hit, keeping the party going with delicious bites. Kate was absolutely amazing and professional from the moment she arrived there. Despite a rather big crowd at the wedding, she came to find myself and my wife and greeted/congratulated us when she arrived. The first dance and the follow up song was the most beautiful part of the wedding and it’s all thanks to Kate. Then we did the Wedding Anniversary dancing game which was really fun. Kate was our wedding DJ and honestly we couldn’t have asked for better. After rearranging our wedding with her on multiple occasions and confusing her initially with our music taste (sorry Kate!) she not only pulled it off but she smashed it out of the park. She showed off her talents as not only a great DJ but as a makeshift seamstress when she helped adjust my dress so I could get through the first dance! We had the pleasure of working with Kirsty, Khia and the entire team at Events Co. for our wedding, and their contribution was nothing short of extraordinary. From the start, we received the most professional and honest service. We appreciated that nothing was forced on us and we could pick exactly what we needed for our big day. Nothing was too much trouble and whatever we requested along the way was met with a smile and was delivered efficiently. They supported us closely the entire time and helped us with the entire set up of the venue and organised everything to run smoothly the weeks leading up to the wedding. From our first meeting we got the comforting feeling that they genuinely care for each of their clients and understand what you are visioning easily within couple of minutes. We would recommend them to be hired as your wedding coordinators as they are the best in the events field and would give you the personal touch and care that you need especially at some of the most stressful weeks before the big day. Communication smooth and efficient throughout the planning process, and they were always prompt with in addressing our questions and concerns. Even when there were few stressful moments, Kirsty and Khia already though ahead and had a solution for every issue that occurred or may have occurred. On set-up day everyone went above and beyond to make everything look beautiful and better than what we even imagined. A big shout out to Koo, who designed all our stationary and put up with all of our demands even until the week before printing. We would also like to mention that everything we hired was in great condition and the furniture looked great when all set up. We used The Events Co for our wedding at New Barn Farm this summer and could not recommend them enough. Their furniture/crockery hire service was so seamless with delivery the day ahead of when we started set up which gave us plenty of time, the catering was exceptional - they worked with us to create a bespoke BBQ menu and all the guests commented afterwards how great the food was - and the team’s waiting and bar staff were so accommodating and friendly. But Kirsty’s on the day coordination was by far the star of the show and something I would recommend to any couple. Nothing phased her - specific guest requirements, room change overs, even last minute change of plans due to the weather - she made our day run so smoothly and we’ll be forever grateful!

Right from the start Events and Co couldn’t have done more for us. From meeting with Khia when we just needed someone to make us feel calmer to the big details of organising everything. We loved how honest they were with everything about our wedding and bringing out ideas to life. The food on the day was also incredible, with pretty much everyone speaking to us after about how amazing our wedding food was!!! And then our coordinator Kirsty, she honestly made us feel like our wedding was the most important day she had ever been on. As I Arrived she was even carrying my nephew ,who had already taken to her, to pass her to my sister ready to goo down the aisle. She couldn’t have helped more to make sure everything went seamlessly and not just this but throughout the day she was so smooth that she just made everyone fall in love with her and even sent us some pictures and videos the next morning that she’d got for us ! She worked amazingly with all the suppliers and we honestly didn’t have a thing to worry about all day! I couldn’t recommend this company enough and will continue with everyone that I know getting married or married handing an event from health forward. We decided to use Events Co for our wedding at Appuldurcombe House after meeting Khia at two Wedding fayre’s at Medina & IOW Pearl. From the very start Khia had the answers in terms of power, toilets, tables, food, decor, staff, a bar and so much more specifically at our venue and had several meetings and phone calls with us over a 22 month period building up to the big day. Consistent calls and emails with Khia and her colleague Kirsty ensured everything we had booked and wanted was ready to go and nothing was ever forced or unreasonable, if anything the opposite. As the wedding approached they really came in to their own, checking on finer details such as what flavour ice creams we preferred on the ice cream bike and the positioning of the burger van (out of a horse box) they had also provided. On the Thursday and Friday like clockwork Khia and the team were there, everything as ordered and being set up exactly how we wanted it, at one point extra staff were there to help set up the tables and decorate, something we didn’t even expect! Every member of the team worked so hard to get our wedding ready and on the day they were great with on the day coordination from Khia themself and the canapés, two course lunch (3 choices for each course) and then our burger and chips van exceeded expectation and got great feedback from our guests! Khia and the team remained on hand all day and eve to ensure rooms were switched round and pudding tables were topped up as well as keeping the guests watered at the bar! Full of good spirits, banter, accommodating our guests needs and having pics with my dad and refusing my mums supply of apple pies she had got reduced the day before! The wedding went perfectly and Events Co made it what it was without doubt! They were legends all of them and a massive part of our day being what it was. Thank you so much Adan & Harriet!

I used Elizabeth James for a New Year’s Eve party I was working on for Raggy&Boo. I ordered a glitter backdrop and multiple orb balloons as well as a balloon arch, all were absolutely brilliant. Leading up to the event the correspondence was perfect as well as on the day of the installation. The team were on time and quick to setup. I will certainly use Elizabeth James again.

We hired large letters spelling ‘MR & MRS WILLIS’ for the dance floor of our wedding. They were perfect and just what we had in mind. Really added to the photos! We were very impressed with how easy delivery and collection was. Thank you so much!

We adored everything about having Elizabeth James Events be apart of our Wedding. Everything provided looked amazing and we were so happy with it, especially the Festoon Frame. It created the cozy atmosphere we wanted for the ceremony and the show stopper backdrop for us at the wedding breakfast. It then was perfectly positioned for our evening guests as a backdrop photo op, so a real focal point throughout the day! Thank you for letting our florist add the flowers on, it was simply perfect! The light up love letters were a great feature for the dancefloor, and the light up love heart made a stunning addition to our decoration at the sweet table we had. The communication before was also spot on - with prompt replies and being so helpful answering all our questions.

Could not have asked for a better dance floor and light arrangement for our wedding. The dance floor with LED lights looked amazing and the large light up letters looked great. Working with Elizabeth Jane Events was also simple, super professional and an excellent experience. On the wedding day, the set up was so slick - they only had an hour between dinner finishing and dancing started. I didn't even notice the transition!! No issues at all. Everything was collected on time and with no issues the following day. Would highly recommend!

We cannot thank Anouska from Raggy&Boo enough, every single element of our wedding was delivered to perfection in her capable hands. No job was too big or too small, she was ready and waiting for our entrance to the venue with a glass of champagne and a smile and was just the most wonderful, calm and competent energy. We held our wedding reception at the Greyhound on the Test in June 2024, led by the incredible Sophie of WILDS Events management. The biggest thank you to Sophie, Lucy and the rest of the Wilds team for an absolutely perfect wedding. Everything was stunning. They guided us through the whole process calmly and with kindness and were very adaptable given our short timeline. None of my idiosyncratic requests was made to feel beyond the realm of possibility, the whole team thought creatively about how to realise the ideas in our head on budget. On the big day Wilds paid careful attention to all the tiniest details, and were cool and professional with all the big stuff. Neither of us had to think about anything other than having a great time. We loved the sharing menu and had so many comments about how delicious the food was, how much of it there was and how seasonally sensitive it was. The canapés were phenomenal too. We wish we could do it all again!

Zeleka and her team were exceptional. In the lead up to the day, we had regular check ins and an open WhatsApp chat to voice any questions or concerns. From the first phone call I had with Zeleka, her confidence and experience shone through. Straight away she gave me connections for suppliers I had not found yet such as catering and production. Also advice on timeline and logistics. I trusted Zeleka with the vision of the wedding and knew that it was in very safe hands. Before the wedding we had numerous phone calls and a site visit. Stacey is a genuine, warm, helpful and wise person. She is very personable and grasps a good understanding of individuals, couples and their visions for their dream celebrations. We opted for on the day management and this was invaluable especially as we had a number of unforeseen challenges to contend with in the run up to and on the day (15.06.24) such as our wedding cake maker cancelling just one month before and entertainment arriving late on the day! Her team are proactive, resourceful and good fun. On our day, Jess was leading and she and the rest of the team were great engaging with us, our guests and even leading on the Candy by Cameo dance 💃🏻 Thoughtful messages and gifts from Stacey before and on the day really enhanced the experience for us and we can wholeheartedly recommend the service she provides for anyone who wants full planning and/or on-the-day coordination for weddings or any celebration in fact!

We had our wedding at The Barn at Avington last week and it was honestly perfect. The venue has the perfect mix of outdoor and indoor space to personalise and make your own and the location is beautiful. Beth is absolutely amazing and will help make your ideas come to life!
