Honestly the best decision we could have made when it came to planning our wedding day! Also both LaToya and Ajay are fantastic and such lovely people to work with. For us, it felt they listened to everything we said, every aspiration and idea and then they made it happen! Planning When we started to think about planning our wedding we were unsure whether we needed a planner, and after speaking to a couple of wedding planners we were put off by limitations some of them imposed, but then we spoke with LaToya. Following our first call with LaToya our minds completed changed. We spoke frankly, we spoke about budgets / expectations and importantly we spoke about what we want our wedding to be like and not what we wanted it to be like. LaToya understood us from the get go and also her energy and enthusiasm is infectious. When meeting Ajay the first time, we saw the balance in his practical thinking, we knew why they work so well as a team. Re-planning We are very grateful for the wedding they created with us, it was beyond our expectations and looked and felt amazing. Their experience in wedding planning shone through when it came to working with suppliers and also the little details of the day - there are far too many examples to give. Even with the pandemic and several iterations of wedding format, guest numbers, restriction requirements, floor planning, etc, LaToya and Ajay kept us calm and more often knew more about what the wedding restriction guidelines meant before others. Partly because how hands on they are in the wedding sector, championing the suppliers in the sector and the bride/grooms. On the day The day ran so smoothly from our perspective, and that of the guests - it was a dream! That was down to SW Events team being so detailed focused and also being so calm on the day (they were probably running around putting out fires in the background, but for everyone involved and our guests it was a stress free event - our guests have commented positively about pretty much every aspect of the day. Ajay, you almost got a variety show, we think the creativity and vision we created for a seated reception was nothing anyone could have expected and it was such a treat for everyone - this is down to both your creativity but also experience with weddings and venues to pull it off. All it took was one phone to Sanj from crystal events and designs, explaining how I needed a balloon delivering to my dad last minute for his birthday. Sanj sorted the printing, placing the money inside, designing the final touches with feathers and tassels at his own initiative. The final result was speechless was so much thought put in, designed AND delivered all in one hour. Absolutely recommend their services, always professional, exceeding customer expectations and most important to me reliable and honest service. My husband and I hired Crystal Events and Crystal Chauffeurs for our wedding and I'm so glad we did. We cannot recommend Chenai enough!! As soon as we found her website we knew she would be the perfect person to plan our wedding. The team were on top of everything the whole way through the planning process which meant that we were completely stress-free. Chenai has an amazing way of knowing what you want better than you do and brought all of our vague ideas to life! Even down to having some Ghanaian flare at our otherwise traditional, English wedding. We had the pleasure of having Chenai, Tariq and Aaron with us on our wedding day meaning that everything went off without a hitch and we knew that everything was taken care of, enabling us to relax and enjoy the day.

I contacted Chenai after my wedding had been postponed due to covid. I had lost all enthusiasm in wedding planning and needed support and advice mainly for styling! Chenai was so supportive and created a design board after listening to my ideas and making some beautiful suggestions. I fell in love with planning the wedding again, and felt confident that everything was going to look beautiful without the worry that things may not work the way I had imagined. Chenai eliminated all the stress. Our wedding was perfect. My only regret is not finishing ByChenai Events sooner.

Wish I could give more stars. I was one of many who was struck by bad luck after bad luck for my wedding due to COVID. I lost my venue, had to constantly have a series of back up plans, work remote with vendors, etc. The second I got into contact with Dominque, I feel my blood pressure and stress just lowered. I made a few contacts for our Church Family Day and got in touch with Dominique. Her professionalism, calm voice and listening skills was amazing. She went on to provide the most appropriate and beautiful party bags that went down really well for our Fun Day. They kids loved the items in the bags. Dominique was absolutely amazing from the start, easy to communicate with. I give her our theme and she ran with it. The most magical jungle party ever. Attention to detail was just brilliant. Everyone was talking about it, my son had the best day ever, and we took the most beautiful photos due to all the back drops and decor. Dominique also kindly provided the entertainment who were absolutely fantastic! Will definitely book with sweet vintage again!

Dominique did the decor and styling for my son's first birthday party. From the very beginning she was easy to talk to, discuss ideas with and just a wonderful person who understood my very specific vision for my son's first birthday. She took care of everything and it all turned out so beautifully. I received many compliments on the decor. She also arranged the soft play which I requested, the cake and party bags. I would highly recommend her for event planning, especially for mums planning birthday parties. She was absolutely amazing. I would definitely book her again in future.

I wish there was a 6 star rating option for Tash and Sandeman Events because they deserve more! Tash was the best event planner - making our dream wedding day come true. From the moment we met her via zoom, her calm composure and understanding of what James and I wanted from our day (even when we weren’t entirely sure ourselves!) made us feel completely relaxed as we knew we were in the hands of a total pro. Always reassuring, Tash was also happy to listen to our concerns and come up with alternative solutions. Tash from Sandeman Events was the event planner for our wedding which was originally due to take place in July 2020. Even before Covid arrived the process of planning a wedding with Tash was so easy. I don't feel like I was always particularly articulate in describing what I wanted for the day but Tash's has such an intuitive approach which made it feel like she read my mind with everything that was delivered. All of the suppliers she works with are just extraordinary and she was so careful to work within our budget. I had the added experience of working with Tash through three subsequent postponements of our wedding day due to Covid. From July 2020, to September 2020 to May 2021 and finally to July 2021. There is absolutely no way we would have managed through all those postponements without Tash. Due to the strong relationships she has with her suppliers we were able to move the wedding at no additional cost and lost no deposits. When we finally got to it the day was so beyond what we had imagined and there was just no stress at all for us as Tash and her team take care of everything in the lead up, on the day and afterwards. I only wish I could get married again just so I can plan another wedding with Sandeman Events!!

From the moment we met Tash (Natasha) we knew we were in safe hands. Tash has an amazing ability to appear calm at all times. I’m sure there were times when she didn’t feel that calm but she never passed anything onto her clients. Tash is a true professional. We were involved at every stage. As a result, as Mother of the Bride, I was able to enjoy the whole process up to and including the day itself. There was never a cross word between my daughter and I as Tash dealt with any query. There was no stress at all. My daughter and her now husband had a wonderful, magical day. The attention to detail was incredible as was the smooth running from dawn to dusk. Dita helped us pull off an amazing wedding party after 15 years of procrastination. In one meeting, she had filtered through our ideas until we had a plan. Eight weeks later, we had the cabaret wedding party we never knew we always wanted and the response from our guests was fantastic. It was the most stress free party we'd ever hosted and Dita Rosted's roster of contacts and suppliers all hit the mark perfectly. We would do it all over again if only we could.

When I came up the with the plan of holding our wedding in our garden, little did I know how much I needed Dita’s logistical prowess! We hired Dita as an on-the-day coordinator but soon extended that to include her full team, as it was clear we needed more help! Dita and her whole team were amazing. Dita has the ability to quickly grasp the concept and just understand what you’re trying to achieve as well as focus on the little touches that really matter. On the day, Dita and her team smashed it! Navigating uncertain weather (and scenarios for every event - rain, sun, cold….), they quickly sprung into action whenever the weather changed!
