I wrote Rebecca a personal testimonial to thank her for her help with our wedding, yet I have not expressed my thanks to her in public. A year after our wedding, we received a very thoughtful gift from Rebecca to wish us a happy Anniversary. This is such a previous personal bond that we have formed from the event of my wedding. From organizing the setup to guiding our guests, she made sure everything ran smoothly. The transformation of the venue was magical, and she brought our romantic vision to life. This lady did not rest any minute as she had to make sure every stage follows the next, collecting wandering guests and making sure her bride and groom are all looked after. Even when the midnight has come and the feast has ended, Rebecca was the last one to leave the venue. She was busy packing all our gifts and even leaving us with a personal, heartwarming gift. Our beautiful big day was only possible with Rebecca's dedicated work that lasted days and nights, weeks and months. We cannot say enough good things about Rebecca, not only is she an absolutely fantastic wedding planner, she is a delight to be around! Little did Rebecca know when she took us on in 2019 she would end up planning three weddings for us (!), first the one that didn't happen due to COVID, then a small intimate wedding with a couple of friends during the pandemic, and finally a big celebration this year. Every detail was beautiful, she is so creative, organised, warm and professional. Nothing was too much trouble - she coordinated the most beautiful flowers and venue as well as creative extras like gift bags and a creche for children, coffee and mimosa bars - even luggage tag favours / place-cards. Sadly some beloved family could not make it at the last minute, and she helped me sort a projector for a speech recording which was so special. Above all, on the day she made everything run so smoothly that we could just relax and have a great time. It says quite a lot that when we gave thanks to our family and guests, we gave a shout out to Rebecca and everyone cheered despite them having only met her that day! Roberta helped plan our Italian destination wedding (within 6 months) a few weeks ago and we couldn’t have been happier. Roberta ensured our dream wedding came to life and it was nothing less than perfect. She provided the best vendors and venue. Everything was super organized and went so perfectly! Roberta is such a treat to work with and made sure we were enjoying our day without any stress. She also did our flowers and decor and she did an amazing job with it! Roberta planned our dream weekend destination wedding in Tuscany and working with her was an absolute joy! She found our venue, co-ordinated all our vendors and did the full floristry/decor (which were absolutely breathtaking) for the weekend, her wonderful daughter Ella even acted as our celebrant. Roberta is incredibly diligent, very friendly and extremely organised which meant our weekend ran smoothly. Her level of communication is excellent and we could not have done it without her. We would 100% recommend Roberta's services, the only downside is our wedding is over and we don't get to chat with her every week :) Thank you again for everything.

Roberta was an absolute blessing for our wedding. Despite the last-minute planning, Roberta handled everything smoothly, including the Italian legal documents, which we couldn't have done without her. The service on the day from Roberta and Serena was so warm and beautiful, and it was so comforting to have them for all four days. Roberta went above and beyond, helping with tasks outside her usual duties. Although I found myself being more hands-on than expected and there were some small communication challenges with the venue, Roberta’s professionalism and attention to detail still made the experience wonderful. Roberta did our wedding this month and everything was absolutely perfect! Through out the whole planning process, she was so kind and so understanding of everything I wanted. You can tell she really puts in so much time and effort to make sure things are perfect. She truly cares about her clients and it shows through her work. It was definitely a little scary being from the US and trying to plan a wedding all the way in Italy. Daniel and team have been helping us plan our wedding. He has been fantastic at navigating such a complex project, incredibly attentive and made us feel totally at ease. The Bespoke team have relationships with many great venues and vendors and always gave us several, well tailored options for each aspect of our wedding. There will never be enough words to describe how truly thankful we are for Alice and the team and all that they did for us when planning our wedding. Alice always went above and beyond, catching flights with me to scout out wedding venues in Mallorca, Lake Como and Rome to constantly being on hand for any query or question I had, forever acting as the calming force to put my mind at ease and assure me that everything would be ok. And wow, it was certainly more than ok! I have never experienced anything like it in my life! There’s something truly magical when your vision and your wedding planners style align and mine and Alice’s certainly did that. She created the most perfect wedding day that I will never be able to thank her enough for. It’s been a huge journey to get to the wedding day and planning a destination wedding is no small feat, negotiating with suppliers and the venue in Italy as well as organising UK based suppliers to fly over to Rome, it’s been a lot of work and a lot of back and forth to ensure the perfect day, but from start to finish everything flowed so effortlessly and what Alice and the team created was something out of a fairytale and absolutely breathtakingly beautiful. Not to mention Alice and the team pulled the wedding together in 8 short months which is a credit to her organisational skills in itself. Every detail was considered and perfectly executed and her energy throughout the entire wedding planning process was faultless. Sometimes in life you just click with people and right from our very first meeting I knew we would hit it off, countless texts, a lot of video calls and a lot of delays in airports and it’s safe to say now that the wedding is over, I have a very big Alice shaped hole in my life. I am one of those girls that loves weddings and had been thinking about and talking about my own wedding since I was little. I was so excited to be a bride, and I am SO SO SO happy I hired Alice. Planning our wedding was actually so much fun. It was a time in my life I wanted to enjoy and remember forever, and Alice made that possible and everything perfect. Alice and her team, including my favorite Dream Girl Yana were so incredibly incredibly hard working. I live in California, our wedding was at The Plaza Hotel in New York City, and Alice Wilkes Design is based in London, and I swear we were always gossiping. I really was so impressed by how available the team was and how seamless planning an event across the ocean felt. I know there were a lot of things going on behind the scenes, and as the bride, because of Alice and Yana I never really felt the stress. Their personalities were incredibly calm, professional and playful. I had a sense the whole time that they really had everything under control and in line. I am a very creative person and wanted our wedding weekend to really have a moody vibe, and I was so drawn to Alice’s creativity and attention to detail! I feel like her weddings are always dreamy and give you something unexpected. Our wedding had swans everywhere! Swans at the Plaza. Alice and her team also planned a backyard garden pool party in Greenwich Connecticut that all the Garden Club ladies said felt like a Slim Aarons Photograph. Looking back on my wedding weekend now. It was beyond my wildest dreams. I knew it was going to be fabulous, but it was so much more. The execution was perfect and flawless, it was filled with love and warmth and perfect lighting. There are not enough words to describe how incredible the Alice Wilkes Design team are. From creating our vision to bringing it to life, every detail was so thoughtfully considered throughout. After discussing what we were looking for in a venue Alice completely understood what we wanted so much so that the incredible venue of Kin House was the only venue we saw. It was perfect! On the day the Alice Wilkes Design team were an absolute delight to be surrounded by as they made our dream day happen.The logistics of our day was something we did not have worry about for a second and meant we could instead fully immerse ourselves in every moment of our special day, which is so important as it really does go so fast! Alice and her team radiated the most calming energy as they took care of all the details. From making sure suppliers were taken care of from the minute they came on-site to even helping me with special moments such as putting my wedding dress on (a moment I will never forget!). Honestly the best decision we could have made when it came to planning our wedding day! Also both LaToya and Ajay are fantastic and such lovely people to work with. For us, it felt they listened to everything we said, every aspiration and idea and then they made it happen! Planning When we started to think about planning our wedding we were unsure whether we needed a planner, and after speaking to a couple of wedding planners we were put off by limitations some of them imposed, but then we spoke with LaToya. Following our first call with LaToya our minds completed changed. We spoke frankly, we spoke about budgets / expectations and importantly we spoke about what we want our wedding to be like and not what we wanted it to be like. LaToya understood us from the get go and also her energy and enthusiasm is infectious. When meeting Ajay the first time, we saw the balance in his practical thinking, we knew why they work so well as a team. Re-planning We are very grateful for the wedding they created with us, it was beyond our expectations and looked and felt amazing. Their experience in wedding planning shone through when it came to working with suppliers and also the little details of the day - there are far too many examples to give. Even with the pandemic and several iterations of wedding format, guest numbers, restriction requirements, floor planning, etc, LaToya and Ajay kept us calm and more often knew more about what the wedding restriction guidelines meant before others. Partly because how hands on they are in the wedding sector, championing the suppliers in the sector and the bride/grooms. On the day The day ran so smoothly from our perspective, and that of the guests - it was a dream! That was down to SW Events team being so detailed focused and also being so calm on the day (they were probably running around putting out fires in the background, but for everyone involved and our guests it was a stress free event - our guests have commented positively about pretty much every aspect of the day. Ajay, you almost got a variety show, we think the creativity and vision we created for a seated reception was nothing anyone could have expected and it was such a treat for everyone - this is down to both your creativity but also experience with weddings and venues to pull it off.
