Phoebe was incredible at our wedding and we feel that it wouldn’t have been the same without her! It was without a doubt one of the best investments we made. Phoebe was our on-the-day co-ordinator at our wedding and took over supplier communication a month beforehand, and as a DIY wedding this suited us perfectly as we had already booked our suppliers and planned most of the day. Phoebe took the last minute stresses off us and allowed us to enjoy the run up and focus more on the other things we needed to do like painting signs and making decor. Phoebe was a great communicator throughout and loved that we received a running order of the day that we could review to make sure we were on the same page and had all the same expectations; she also visited the site beforehand so was familiar with the location and set up which was reassuring for us on the day. When it came to the day we couldn’t have been more grateful to have her with us! It wasn’t a straightforward wedding - being an outdoor marquee wedding (dealing with the rain) and with a lot of DIY elements and room turnovers, but Phoebe made it seem seamless. Getting involved in everything - helping me into my dress, being the point of contact for suppliers and troubleshooting issues as they came up, perfectly timing the ceremony and co-ordinating the music, welcoming and directing on site guests to accommodation, turning over the room and styling the tables in line with our vision, putting out games for guests to play…plus many more things! (And things we wouldn’t even have seen). Before we hired Phoebe our family all volunteered to help with some aspect of coordination but I’m so glad we hired Phoebe as there’s so much more to it, and it meant that all of our family could enjoy the day as guests. I know that they all really loved her too and were singing her praises after the wedding - it was so helpful to have another person that knew the wedding inside out! If you’re going to DIY parts of your wedding - don’t forget your co-ordinator! Trust us, you’ll be thankful you had them.

Phoebe was our on the day coordinator and she was completely indispensable! From the minute she arrived she took control so we didn't have to worry about anything. She was so calm and such a happy presence to have around on our wedding day. Phoebe was such a joy to work with. The day ran seamlessly thanks to her and she was a great point of contact for all our other suppliers. Would highly recommend!!

Phoebe was our on the day wedding co-ordinator. She was professional enthusiastic and calm, and it was a pleasure to talk things through with her. It was such a relief to know we were in capable hands in the month before the wedding, and that someone would be there on the day if anything happened, which meant our bridal and grooms parties could just enjoy the day. Phoebe was incredibly helpful as we neared our wedding day. On the day itself, she was indispensable, as she managed to ensure the day itself ran smoothly, picked up small tasks thay still needed doing and resolved all those little issues that came up, thanks very much!

Phoebe is an absolute joy to work with. We held our wedding at Huntsham Court near Tiverton in Devon, and as a 'DIY' wedding venue the prospect of organising and delivering every last detail was pretty daunting. But she was there to offer support throughout the planning stages and then really kicked up a gear in the final month when she took over all communication with suppliers. Over the weekend itself she did a superb job of keeping me away from the details and stresses of making it all happen and just ensured my husband and I were able to have the most incredible time. I would wholeheartedly recommend her - a terrific partner in crime for anyone looking to deliver a fantastic wedding and a unique set of memories.
