First visit yesterday for our 11 week old puppy, absolutely great service and will be returning, very was very helpful and the person on reception gave us all the information we needed, pleasant and polite
I highly recommend this pet hospital to everyone. If your pet needs anything, this is the place to go. The vets and staff here are awesome, and Wendy, who gave my cat his vaccine, was super patient and gentle. She always welcomes you with a smile, which makes the whole visit really easy. I’m really happy with the care we got, and she also gave me some great advice.
Excellent service, helpful knowledgeable staff, all clearly animal lovers. If I had one concern it can be difficult to get through to the Pontefract branch by phone. I was on hold as second in a call Que for almost 30mins. Long waits are quite regular. Perhaps have others able to help reception when busy..?
Cannot fault, staff great, lovely vet, really engaging with care towards your pet & just a really good service
