First time visiting since we moved to the area. Very welcoming when we arrived and the vet was excellent with keeping my cat calm. Really pleased with the detailed explanations and clarity of pricing. Happy to have such a reassuring vet clinic in the area!

Sue the vet was brilliant at handling our nervous dog when having his yearly vaccination and health check. She was very calm when he displayed aggression. It made the experience a lot less stressful for us and our pup. I highly recommend Sue as a vet. She gave good advice on how we can tackle future appointments for our nervous dog.
Took my sick bunny Noel into the surgery at Brayton. Could not have received better service.
In particular Angie, Dawn & Emily were just fabulous, nothing was too much trouble.
Not the first time, won't be the last, but good to know the team are there to help in the most dire of situations.

Standard of care is excellent. Opening times are limited but can usually get an appointment within a couple of days. Very pushy with medication and always seem to prescribe something. Pet plan seems a good option to save money.
