Staff were very kind and compassionate while we said goodbye to our beloved family cat

We’ve been using Donaldsons for years with our two dogs and our cat. They have always been brilliant… especially Carly, who does a great job dealing with our extremely excitable Borador!

I’ve been going to the Shepley Donaldson’s Vets since having a bad experience at my local one and I don’t have a bad word to say about them. They are brilliant with my rabbits, very knowledgeable and kind. The vets and receptionists are always welcoming and caring. It’s hard to find a vets that seems to be knowledgeable about rabbits but I trust them because they’ve always looked after mine really well. I can’t thank them enough for saving my rabbit’s life and taking good care of both of them when needed.

We signed up with Donaldson's, which is much further away for us than our original one. What a difference! All of the vets and nurses we have seen with our poorly, elderly, dog have been brilliant. Caring, informative and interested. Reception staff, too, are kind and helpful.

Donaldson's have been great in their care for my very nervous and anxious dog (Harper). She had to have an operation and they were very proactive, reassuring and caring, it was really appreciated! The staff are all very caring and make you feel like it isn't just a business but a place of care. Would recommend to anyone in need of a vets.
