Theresa was very supportive, kind and caring for my 6 year 💖 old feline. Lilly holidayed at Fernlea for 4 weeks originally but this was extended to 5 weeks due to a family emergency. She was well looked after and I received weekly videos of her in the Cattery. I experienced Theresa as being very flexible and helpful which meant I did not worry about Lilly. Thank you very much Theresa for returning a more independent, well cared for Lilly to me.

I've been using Fernlea cattery since my cat Lily was diagnosed with diabetes nearly two years ago. I feel so lucky to have found Fernlea cattery and I trust Theresa implicitly when Lily is in her care. I cannot recommend this business to anyone who needs their fur baby to be cared for. Spacious and secure accommodation. Our cats have stayed here three times now and we definitely recommend it. Theresa and Simon take a great interest in the cats well-being and give them plenty of attention. We know we can go on holiday without any worries about our cat’s welfare.
My 3 cats have stayed at Fernlea a few times now and it's always been a great experience for us all. The pens are spacious and provide cats all they need for the stay.
Theresa is lovely and always been quick to respond / send pics or videos - highly recommended!
