The Kingsnorth premises are bright, comfortable and very well laid out, a lovely area for cats tucked nicely away from the main area.

Had to take my granddog to the vets. I called and got a same day appointment. The vet was really lovely and looked after Ru. The staff were really friendly too.
This was my first visit to a veterinary hospital in the UK with my dog, Skye. She had to have a blood test. Lovely friendly feel to the rooms. Skye was a little unsure at first but soon settled down. Lovely friendly staff made you feel very welcome.
