Had KH Roofing in last year to patch the roof, and was pleased with their work so had no hesitation in calling them again for a full re-roof. They gave a very reasonable quote and started work within 2/3 weeks. Great bunch of lads, considerate and hard-working, they'd finished the job in under 3 days and sent me photos of the completed work. Have already recommended to others.

Joey and the team at K.H. Roofing did a full reroof for us, arranging the skip, scaffolders, materials, and everything else - we barely had to lift a finger. Their communication was clear and friendly, the work was done quickly, and our questions and concerns were addressed happily. Prices were explained up front, and were better than other quotes we got in the area. I highly recommend them for any roofing issues, including a complete overhaul. Great experience. Had leaks in the roof in 2 places, had a couple of companies round quoting expensive prices without even getting up to look. Lee turned up when he said he would, got up on the roof took video to show me the issues, quoted a fair price. He carried out the repair, and took video to show me what he had done and the finished result. Can't fault him, would definitely recommend.

Absolutely fantastic. Lee was the only company that actually took the time to come out and inspect the issue. His colleague assessed the issue quickly, we agreed and price and date for the work to be completed. Reasonably priced, even ended up doing a bit more work than he originally quoted but he didn’t charge any more. Would highly recommend and would use again with issue!

I highly recommend Michael. He explained professionally the issues of the roof and chimney. His quote is very clear, honest, and fair and there’s nothing hidden. He repaired the broken tiles and took all the broken bricks down from the roof and cemented it. He handled it carefully. He also repaired my leaking gutter. After replacing the parts of the gutter, he lifted up the hosepipe to the roof to test the leak of the gutter. I was amazed by his skills and care for people. He then cleaned the site to make sure it’s clean and tidy. I can’t praise him enough. You can truly trust him.

Michael McGowan did an amazing job on my Roof Repair. He was polite and friendly. Michael was also meticulous, patient with attention to detail and knowledgeable as he explained what he was going to do and what he had done. I already had before photos. Photos were then taken during the repairs and on completion. The house is a tall 3 storey Victorian Terrace and the party wall joining the neighbour’s roof front and back with mine, had a disintegrating silver foil held in place with bitumen and several broken tiles including a leaking Bay Window. He managed to remove it all, then replacing any broken slates on the neighbour’s side, placing a hidden bonding join underneath, finally placing my tiles in place and sealing both sides together. He left a very nice and well finished Roof and Bay Window. Any broken tiles were replaced on my side. We did have to wait for the dry weather. Once it came the big job was finished in 3 days. Fair priced. Would use again. Thank you Michael.

Michael did a brilliant job on our roof repair. He came out to inspect our leaky chimney stack and identified the problems. He took plenty of photos and patiently talked us through what the problems were and how he’d fix them. He offered a very fair price for the work and managed to fit us in at a time that worked for us. He took more photos as he progressed through the work giving updates. Since the job he’s messaged multiple times after rainy weather to make sure everything is all ok. Without a doubt would recommend him.

We had an absolutely amazing experience with Just Property Care Ltd from the very start. Our roof was damaged in a storm and as soon as I contacted Michael he was very responsive and answered all my questions. The communication was absolutely brilliant and professional. I was desperately in need of an actual roofer due to idiotic experiences in the past with cowboy roofers promising the world and then let me down with poor quality of work Manchester roofing contractors ltd came out prioritised my ridges and some damaged felt on my roof all I have to say is I’m really pleased with the repairs they done for me and genuinely couldn’t complain complain too quality for excellent value highly recommend to anyone cheers guys there’s no more drips 👍

Absolutely love our green roof on our shed! We’re not the only ones too - the wildlife love it too! It’s great seeing news, butterflies and birds enjoying it. The sedum was straight forward to apply and it’s great it’s light weight. Wish we could do our house roof too! And visually, it makes our garden so much nicer too. We purchased the Sempergreen® Click 'n' Go Light Sedumtray System to install on it our extension as part of our planning condition. The prospect of installing a green roof was daunting however the tray system and support from the Green Roof Company simplified process. Delivery and installation was straight forward with the instructions from the Green Roof Company and in a few hours we had the system installed. Six months in the roof has bedded in and has established itself and you can't tell that it was constructed from the tray system. We would recommend the system and the Green Roof Company and looking into if another roof would be able to support the system.

A year on and the green roof is doing really well. Felt the need to water it during that dry May month but otherwise it looks after itself. Beautiful and a good sponge to slow the deluges before they flood the stream.

Our flat roof looks amazing with this living roof on. The company have been great through ordering to aftercare, offering advice and detailed installation guides. The roof was really easy to install and took well with minimal maintenance. The after sales help has been fantastic as well with help identifying any weeds and adding conditioner to keep the plants looking great all year round

Gareth came and did a drone inspection on one of my properties which was over four stories high , it saved us loads on scaffold hire just to find the issues . We had quite a complicated flat roof issue which took 2 attempts to correct. To their credit Stephen and Aidan stuck to it and have produced a solution which is both effective and elegant. Despite it being quite a stressful process, they brought the solution, applied it and all in good humour! Thanks to you both and the team! What a fantastic job these guys did. Arrived early morning and did not stop till work was completed. Removed old asbestos corrugated roof, fitted extra support beams, then fitted their speciality flat roof. Absolutely over the moon with the result. Aidan and his work force are a credit to their profession. Aidan responded very promptly to my job listing and gave me a great quote. The new garage roof fitted is 8m x 2.5m and it now looks great.

had some work done at the beginning of the year for a leaking chimney, was capped and pointed to great standard with pictures at the start and the end. had a issue later with the chimney that they came out very quick and advised that everything was fine and it just needs a vent on the inside. top professional would fully recommend.
