A year on and the green roof is doing really well. Felt the need to water it during that dry May month but otherwise it looks after itself. Beautiful and a good sponge to slow the deluges before they flood the stream.
Had nothing but a great experience purchasing the sedum blanket from the Green Roof Company. I installed the roof with a friend without issue and it’s been a pleasure watching it transform from looking like a moss to a wonderful meadow full of different colours and textures. I wouldn’t hesitate in purchasing from this company again.
We purchased the Sempergreen® Click 'n' Go Light Sedumtray System to install on it our extension as part of our planning condition. The prospect of installing a green roof was daunting however the tray system and support from the Green Roof Company simplified process. Delivery and installation was straight forward with the instructions from the Green Roof Company and in a few hours we had the system installed. Six months in the roof has bedded in and has established itself and you can't tell that it was constructed from the tray system. We would recommend the system and the Green Roof Company and looking into if another roof would be able to support the system.
Our flat roof looks amazing with this living roof on. The company have been great through ordering to aftercare, offering advice and detailed installation guides. The roof was really easy to install and took well with minimal maintenance. The after sales help has been fantastic as well with help identifying any weeds and adding conditioner to keep the plants looking great all year round
