I admit we have been ripped off in the past - so it’s so refreshing to meet a firm that turns up, do what they say they are going to do, charges a reasonable price for the job and cleans up afterwards. Great job! Can’t recommend BRR highly enough.

The jobs were carried out and completed sooner than expected, they were polite and respectful, answered any questions I had with regard to the work, paperwork was completed and sent promptly and professionally. Really good service from the moment I met James to get the initial quote to completion. (Roof ridge tile repointing work). Everything was explained clearly and relevant quotes / invoices sent over as promised and in a timely manner. James was happy to answer any questions and queries I had. Lads on site did a good job and were friendly and polite. They tidied up after themselves and just got on with the job. We are happy with the work and the service.

Paul did our gutters and replaced a bay roof. Communication was always great, he always turned up on time and the price was competitive. Paul is one of the good guys, he even took some extra bits in our garage to the tip, which was a godsend. Would definitely use again and recommend.

After ringing round a couple of roofing companies and getting either very high quotes or complicated solutions for my sun room roof replacement I found Safegaurd and I am so glad I did! Darren and his team came out and helped us on an emergency call at the crack of dawn and were with us within the hour when we really needed the help. They got on to our roof despite the heavy rain and fixed the issue without any hesitation and at a very reasonable price. We reached out to James at Moston Roofing following some leaks on our valleys due to a poor quality new roof by the previous owners. From previous experience with roofing work, I wanted a proper job, so looked for companies registered with the confederation of roofing contractors, and came across Moston Roofing. James popped round and explained a few approaches, trying to minimise costs for us while doing a proper job in unpredictable autumn weather. We had a couple of other quotes and Moston came out competitively priced, and James clearly knew his stuff. I read the reviews on Which, Checkatrade etc and my only concern was that all the 5* ratings seemed too good to be true! However... Moston absolutely delivered on the job, managing to fit us in 2 weeks earlier due to a cancellation and our pressing needs to fix the leaks. They worked in a tidy manner and replaced the lead valleys promptly, and gave us a few options along the way. They also replaced our front guttering and downpipes, which was a bit complex due to the shape and roof height. James has popped back a couple of times to double check the mortar had set and gutters are draining, to ensure that they have done a job to last. He is a great communicator and very honest and easy to work with. I would use again without question... but would rather not have a 3rd roof to fix!
