Connah did a full re-roof and installed all new gutters and soffits along with a new velux. He and his team did a great job, even working whilst we were away in holiday. By the time we got back he was finished. The quality of work was great, especially the small details like vents and lead work and his price was very competitive!

I recently used Lavelle Roofing to repair damage to my leaking dormer roof. Marc came out to assess what needed to be done,and gave me the price for the work,all in a timely manner. The work was then completed in an acceptable time frame considering the awful weather we had,and I can now sleep again. Michael McGowan did an amazing job on my Roof Repair. He was polite and friendly. Michael was also meticulous, patient with attention to detail and knowledgeable as he explained what he was going to do and what he had done. I already had before photos. Photos were then taken during the repairs and on completion. The house is a tall 3 storey Victorian Terrace and the party wall joining the neighbour’s roof front and back with mine, had a disintegrating silver foil held in place with bitumen and several broken tiles including a leaking Bay Window. He managed to remove it all, then replacing any broken slates on the neighbour’s side, placing a hidden bonding join underneath, finally placing my tiles in place and sealing both sides together. He left a very nice and well finished Roof and Bay Window. Any broken tiles were replaced on my side. We did have to wait for the dry weather. Once it came the big job was finished in 3 days. Fair priced. Would use again. Thank you Michael.

We had an absolutely amazing experience with Just Property Care Ltd from the very start. Michael did a brilliant job on our roof repair. He came out to inspect our leaky chimney stack and identified the problems. He took plenty of photos and patiently talked us through what the problems were and how he’d fix them. He offered a very fair price for the work and managed to fit us in at a time that worked for us. He took more photos as he progressed through the work giving updates. Since the job he’s messaged multiple times after rainy weather to make sure everything is all ok. Without a doubt would recommend him.

I highly recommend Michael. He explained professionally the issues of the roof and chimney. His quote is very clear, honest, and fair and there’s nothing hidden. He repaired the broken tiles and took all the broken bricks down from the roof and cemented it. He handled it carefully. He also repaired my leaking gutter. After replacing the parts of the gutter, he lifted up the hosepipe to the roof to test the leak of the gutter. I was amazed by his skills and care for people. He then cleaned the site to make sure it’s clean and tidy. I can’t praise him enough. You can truly trust him.

Highly recommend Elvis and Sky Roofing. I had an issue with my flat roof which was a result of a poor install from the previous roofer which had led to a leak and draft problems. Sky Roofing installed a new flat roof using bitumen felt and it was an impeccable job and has pretty much instantly fixed the previous issues. It even survived the recent heavy rain during Christmas 2024 and New years eve that had caused floods locally. Elvis is highly capable and honest. I have used him on multiple occasions including on two full re-roofs where his work was spot on. I used another roofer for pointing chimneys whose work was nowhere near as good. Elvis ended up re-doing the work which was to a far higher standard. He provided extensive videos to show what he was doing and what he had done. He is also a very nice person to talk to. I thoroughly recommend Elvis!

Absolutely fantastic. Lee was the only company that actually took the time to come out and inspect the issue. His colleague assessed the issue quickly, we agreed and price and date for the work to be completed. Reasonably priced, even ended up doing a bit more work than he originally quoted but he didn’t charge any more. Would highly recommend and would use again with issue!

Great experience. Had leaks in the roof in 2 places, had a couple of companies round quoting expensive prices without even getting up to look. Lee turned up when he said he would, got up on the roof took video to show me the issues, quoted a fair price. He carried out the repair, and took video to show me what he had done and the finished result. Can't fault him, would definitely recommend.

I contacted KH Roofing Contractors to replace the FASCIA & GUTTERING on my house. The job was quite difficult because of our odd shape conservatory that few other companies hesitated to do. KH company agreed straightway to do the job at a very reasonable competitive price within a short schedule. The team was efficient, friendly and quick. From start to finish was superb.
