Super friendly and welcoming pub. Food was delicious and portions very generous. Staff were very friendly and approachable. Lovely atmosphere. Worth every penny.

I am regular visitor of Black Prince and not once I have left disappointed. Staff is very friendly and service is fast. Food is way better than other pub chains. Also they have very cosy beer garden.

Was quite busy watching the football (yes this pub does show football) but we got a table and had some food. Food was nice, seemed like fresh veg and the burger we had was also nice. Food came quick, the waiter guy was really friendly and kept the table clean. We are from out of town but everyone was really friendly and good atmosphere, outside area looked good!

Recently been coming here a lot with my girlfriend as we live nearby. Lovely atmosphere and the amazing the staff: Loraine, Megan, Gracie and Paige always go above and beyond To ensure we have the best experience possible. Drinks are reasonably priced and the food is very nice I would recommend the chicken burger or the salt and pepper chilli chicken.

I’m not one to write reviews when it comes to restaurants. However on this occasion I feel it’s a must. We visited tonight for my birthday meal, my god what amazing food. Would definitely recommend the BBQ meat option. Beef, Pork, Lamb, chicken. All the meat melted in the mouth. There are other options for those who are not bbq meat lovers. The staff themselves are friendly & happy to chat with us. We will definitely be returning and bringing more people with us.

Had a wonderful dining experience at this Brazilian barbecue restaurant in Addlestone. The flavors were absolutely fantastic, with a great variety of perfectly cooked meats. The service was friendly and attentive, making the evening even more enjoyable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a delicious and authentic barbecue experience! Francisco treated us well.

Stopped off for a drink on way home. Nice pub, welcoming, food seemed a reasonable price though we didnt eat here. Nice location i imagine popular in the summer

Good outside seating by the canal with children's play area. The food was reasonably priced and came quickly on a Saturday lunchtime. The burgers were particularly good and they do a two for one deal on Mondays.

Came here as we were in the area and wanted a pub style late lunch. This place did not disappoint! Although there was a large party which made it quite busy at the bar and with the food the staff were friendly and professional. We did have an issue regarding cocktails however this was sorted by one of the ladies behind the bar as soon as and when our food came out we were very impressed. Portion sizes were big and prices were reasonable. My sister had the lamb shank where the meat just slid off the bone and the pie of the day was beautifully cooked with plenty of gravy. Would definitely recommend anyone to come here, a beautiful place even in the winter. It's right next to the canal so I can imagine the beer garden in the summer being a lovely setting. Wow this is a fantastic find. Randomly found this little gem, the menu is outstanding so many things to choose from. The service is welcoming and friendly, really couldn’t recommend this pub more. Beautiful location.

This place is absolutely amazing! I love the decorations and the style 😃 The food is really good, we tried the sharing grill plate and it was enough for two starving people 🤣 We also ordered the cherry cake and here it comes my 4 stars: the cake was good, but the ice cream had a strange taste. Not sure if it was the ice cream or the syrup on it but it tasted like soap or expired milk? Not sure but I told it to the waiter and he just said he will check in the kitchen. Then we asked for the bill and he didn’t come back. No discount on the bill neither. Probably they could have done something different here, just come back with a feedback from the kitchen was enough.

Me and my partner stumbled across this place whilst staying at the Thorpe Park Hotel, we wanted dinner off site and googled close by restaurants (12 mins drive from Thorpe Park). Me and my partner love anything western or cowboy themed so this was a perfect little find for us. The staff were inviting and friendly, the decor was very impressive, and the food was delicious, fresh and hot. We were looked after by Jake and Katie and the service was amazing. We had such an enjoyable meal and would definitely eat here again😃

Wow! What an atmosphere! We got the big sharer pudding with fireworks and serenaded with the Happy Birthday song! It was no ones Birthday, but extremely fun and worth every penny! The food was good, my fajitas were a little on the small side, but it was a blessing in disguise, because I had room for puddy and more cocktails.

Went last week for a mate's birthday dinner. Food was good, would definitely go back to try more. Service was really good, really nice servers. But music was way too loud for any conversation and the smoke made me go outside coughing on a couple of occasions. I know some of the food is sizzling, my dish included, but they need better extractor fans. I feel bad for all the people working there, having to breath that in every day. Apart from that, good, fun atmosphere. Love the bell whenever they take the massive desert to a table celebrating something.

Been trying to book for a while but always full capacity but managed to get a seat finally after several months of waiting went to the Sunday buffet (29th September 2024) and it was amazing if I could of ate more I honestly would of, the duck was so good!! And the chicken dishes and prawn dishes was amazing! All the food was amazing Really well cooked as they brought the food out it was still sizzling from how hot it was, food was fresh tastes brilliant deffo will be coming back and with others! Oh and the dessert that was amazing a stuffed lemon 🍋 with real fresh lemon sorbet on the inside! It was amazing Parking- you can park opposite in the new multistory car park less than a 3 min walk to the place

The food was freshly cooked and very tasty. The service was excellent and friendly. Sadly there was nobody else in the restaurant so no atmosphere. I put this down to the on line booking. I tried several times to book on line but it continually showed fully booked every day. If I had not called to book I would not have eaten there. They should definitely look into that on line booking. I enjoyed our meal so will be going back. Definitely a restaurant to try if you have not and like Italian food.

Absolutely lovely little Italian restaurant. Pasta dishes were fantastic, and the pizzas were right up there with the best we've tasted. Service was good. There were a few people in the restaurant so atmosphere was good. I highly recommend this restaurant and would visit regularly if I lived in the area. We were staying locally for a visit to Thorpe Park. Support a local business and not one of the bland chains.

Turned up this evening for a meal after visiting Thorpe Park nearby. Despite turning up just 20 minutes before they were due to close, we were welcomed and seated straight away with no problem. Only request from them was that we could order before 10 since the kitchen would be closing which was completely fair given the time we arrived. Waitress was very friendly, happy to help and advise. Food was very very tasty and great portions, some recent reviews speaking negatively of the food do confuse me. Despite it being so late and far beyond closing, we were offered deserts. These were equally as incredible as the starters & mains. Price wise, very standard pricing for an Italian restaurant. I'm sure there is cheaper nearby, but the price is so worth it and not bad at all. Overall one of the best experiences we've had in any restaurant. I'm sad we don't live nearer otherwise we would return much more often. Thank you for being so welcoming.

Had three different bookings, mention that to the gentleman in reception who was very nice and he straight away told me that he will make sure that I don’t need to change my room during the whole period. It’s very easy way to a win win . Parking was only for blue badge holders, needed to move my vehicle to Addlestone one car park, but at least is free so no need to pay. Dinner was amazing didn’t left anything in my plate. No alcohol was served due to license issues only soft drinks. But alternative options were there. I’ve enjoyed my stay with premier inn Addlestone.

Had a 2 night stay for a trip to thorpe park. 8 of us in total with 3 rooms. Check in was a breeze, rooms were clean, modern and very quiet. The free parking was perfect. Breakfast was freshly cooked. Upon our return from thorpe park Ayoub Stacey was great. He brought us a jug of water to help wash our papa John's pizza down. Will definitely return.

An Amazing experience I had a fantastic stay at Addlestone Premier Inn! The first floor was standard, but the lounge was stunning and well-designed, completely changing my perception of budget hotels. Mr. Ayoub, the receptionist, was extremely welcoming and efficient during check-in with my wife. Overall, a wonderful experience! Highly recommend!
