Absolutely banging. We had the early dinner 2 courses and canapés for 30 pounds or whatever. Incredible price. Excellent food. We can’t wait to go back. The rump steak was perfect. They were very accommodating of my baby too, bonus.

Overall, a very good experience with great value for money. Food: Scallops 5/5, Venison: 5/5, Sirloin steak 4/5, Dessert wine 5/5. Service: Attentive, with delicious complimentary starters and dessert. 5/5. Atmosphere: The building and decor are just average. 3/5.

We went here for my birthday meal yesterday; it was our second visit and it was even better than the last! The food is gorgeous, I had the scallops, venison and the Bakewell tart and all three were 10/10! The service is also fab with the wait staff being very attentive.

Mostly good but with some significant mistakes. We were a table of six but two of our starters came out 10 minutes after the other four. Then I had duck as my main course but the fat had not been rendered properly and the skin was not crispy, the celeriac fondant was burnt on the bottom. The small cake that came as a complement at the end was also burnt. Our service was, I thought, slow…there were tables who came in after us who had finished and gone before our desserts came out. This is a bit of a list which is a shame because I liked the restaurant and the rest of the food was very good.

Great quality food for a more upscale version of a British lunch. The scallops were outstanding so was the T bone steak in particular as cooked to perfection, but was all great. Lovely restaurant in Hale village and friendly staff. Would definitely recommend.

I'm so glad I booked this place for me and my partner. We'll definitely be going again. We went on Saturday at 6pm and booked a dog-friendly table at the front. The decor is lovely, the place is clean and inviting and perfect temperature. I had the beef wellington and my partner had a special of ribeye and eggs with chips. The meat inside the wellington was the most beautiful soft meat I've ever had and my boyfriend said his steak was really nice, it had a smoky flavour. My starter of lamb croquettes was also really nice. Service was wonderful and attentive without being overbearing and everything came out at perfect times. I'd give it 100/10 if I could.

What a lovely local gem of a place this is. We were hosted by the charming Simon. I had the Eggs Florentine. Just gorgeous pillows with bright orange melting yolks on fluffy muffins. To top it off lush hollandaise and plenty of it.

The best roast dinner ever. Angela and Oliver were welcoming and attentive. The manager is so welcoming, snd she has such lovely staff. The food was fab. Best in Hale and we've been to all of the others. A hidden gem. If you've never been, your missing a treat. Nice things come in small boxes. Superb in every way

We had a beautiful day in Orme to celebrate our civil wedding with our family. This was all made possible because of Rachel, GM and Sommelier, who, from initial contact, she was prompt and accommodating with our requests and queries on how our day would look like. And the food was exceptional. From the taste to texture, it was full of exciting and vibrant flavours, every single course we thoroughly enjoyed! This place is full of character, run by a close-knit team of family who love and are passionate about what they do. We can't wait to go back again and we can't recommend Orme enough. Thank you so much for being part of our day and making it extra special!

Sooooo good. Worth the travel away from the city. We drove 30 mins from south Manchester. Atmospheric, great tunes & amazing Latin American soul food. I cannot recommend enough. Yum. Yum. Yum.

Honestly, some of the best food I've ever eaten, being a chef for 8 years, I've tasted some good food. But the seasonings. The cooking of the meat. The sauces are like an explosion of flavour in your mouth, unbelievable jeff. Amazing service by Emily, she explained how the menu worked and took our order. You never have an empty drink on the table. The atmosphere is very relaxed. It's a good vibe with music playing in the background. And I always say it every time I go past ' I love the interior design in there ', just try it for yourself you won't regret it. Pint of estrella is lovely

Magnificent meal to celebrate a birthday. Extremely friendly and attentive staff, and food so delicious, we’ve been dreaming about it all again today. We had the lamb birria taco (to die for!!) and a sharing tray of meats. Highly recommended, with excellent music & strong cocktails to boot. We will be back for sure! Came here for valentines with my partner and the valentines menu was great. Staff were super accommodating and regularly checked on us and food came really quick (with no issues). Great atmosphere for locals and those visiting the area.

Had a lovely cosy lunch here today after a brisk walk round Dunham Massey. It's well over 10 years since we were last here. We will definitely be returning sooner. Enjoyed every aspect of our visit.

We were a walk-in, seated straight away. I drive past this place everyday and always busy. The food and prices were excellent and the whole experience as good as I imagined. Don't let the photo put you off, I'd eaten half of it before I took it

‘Wandering Wednesday’ took both Hubster Neil and I back to Ego’s at The Green Dragon in Lymm. Good job we booked beforehand as it was very busy for a early Wednesday lunchtime. Although it was very busy, the service was excellent as always. Waiting time was cooking time and our starters were out in no time at all, followed by our entrées, food was cooked as soon as ordered. Piping hot and very tasty….. very polite and attentive servers. Starters: *Both had chicken liver and Rosemary Pâté with hot toasted baguette slices with chilli, tomato marmalade. Entrée’s: *Neil had Moroccan lamb, slow cooked spiced lamb with Moroccan vegetables and fruity couscous, flaked almonds, tzatziki and toasted pita bread. *I had: Hanging mixed kebab of peri-peri chicken, chorizo, lamb rump and belly pork, the meats very very tender indeed, this was with mixed leaf salad, tzatziki and tortillas. Sides: *Fries with truffle and Grana Padano *Greek salad. Beautiful tasty cuisines, equally as good as previous visits…… and yes, without a doubt, we will be back…. The first time dining here and it will not the be the last. The food was amazing, so tasty, great portions and very reasonably prices. The owner is also lovely and up for a chat. Can not fault it. Thank you for our experience.

The food was very good, especially the halloumi kebab and fig sauce! Loved it. The service was extremely good too, the wait staff are super friendly. We also had some awesome live entertainment when a dancing lady came to entertain us. Would recommend to everyone in the local area, the place has definitely leveled up.

Goat cheese with pulled lamb omg it was fabulous. Had lamb shish ı could feel the charcoal grill. Everything was so tasty. Service and hospitality was very nice. We will be back definitely

Went in just before Christmas food and staff lovely. We decided to make an order for Christmas Day for a change to usual turkey. Food was hot and ready to collect on time.

awesome food, specials board had lots of choices, i got the game casserole, flavour was fantastic, staff friendly, did see a vegan option on the menu, didnt have a dog but dog friendly in the front bar, walked from sale along the canal and back so this place a perfect spot to walk to for lunch, easy walk from dunham park to here, staff real friendly

After enjoying a delightful stroll in the local area, we arrived at the establishment. Despite not having made a reservation, we managed to secure a table. I highly recommend making a reservation in advance to guarantee availability. For my meal, I opted for the chicken dish which was incredibly flavorful, accompanied by leeks and veggies. Meanwhile, my partner decided to have a light snack and ordered the Nachos starter. The portion size was quite generous, as evident from the picture, and could easily serve as a main course. It offered excellent value for money. Overall, the food was delicious, and the service provided by the staff members was exceptionally friendly, efficient, and pleasant. I would certainly consider returning in the future. Please note that if you choose to utilise their carpark, it is free of charge. However, it is essential to register your vehicle upon arrival.

Had gammon steak chips family had cheese onion pie and chicken chips. Was a treat for my mums bday and did not disappoint throughly enjoyed it 😊

Visited tonight for my daughters birthday. They accommodated 12 of us, for a last minute booking. The food was lovely and well priced too. The service was even better. The staff were so helpful and friendly. My youngest daughter made a new best friend with Mia, who was serving on the bar (and has now made me promise to return). Thanks for adding to a lovely evening.

An excellent all-around experience. Customer service was brilliant they even made me a fresh lemonade drink. The food was divine and so tasty. The sharing platter was enough for three of us and worth the money. I had the Korean pizza, and I was full quickly and was able to take it away.

Second visit. Went for lunch on a Sunday in February. Booking is a must at busy times. Tables also available outside which have heaters. Ironically, inside was a little cool! Food and service were very good though. We had a lovely time and will definitely be going again.

I've visited the Laundrette twice now and both times were great. The food is delicious and the atmosphere/decor is lush. I ordered the mini truffle Mac n cheese, popcorn honey halloumi & the cauliflower wings with Korean sauce and an espresso martini to drink. The staff were very accommodating when we added more people to our party at the last minute. They were very attentive throughout our meal. I love it there. A great selection of food and drink! Highly recommend!

First time going here after seeing them on just eat, honestly one of the best kebabs I have had in while 👏🏼 highly recommend the mixed stir fry donna. Fast delivery and friendly driver. Will definitely be ordering from here again.
