Oh my goodness! What a meal! Myself and my family (of 3) came in yesterday and had the fillet steak! I was told that it was good, but I didn’t believe it could be quite THIS good!!! Incredible! The atmosphere was great, the food was great but what really topped it off was the service! We had a very lovely, polite young lady called Naomi serving us and her customer service is second to none! She was very attentive, always happy to help and very quick answering questions for us and amazing at interacting with my son! Thank you Naomi for making our visit a memorable one!! Well done!
We've been going for Sunday dinner fairly regularly for about a year (since signing up to the Platinum card) so much so, that we have become quite fond of the staff and they always greet us warmly and make sure our visit is a pleasant experience and ensure that everything is just how we like it. Thanks to them all!! It's always my intention to review after each visit as the service is always a very high standard but I don't always have time but thankfully, they do and never makes us feel rushed and always take time to chat to us!! Their level of customer care isn't unique to us as I see 'regulars' when we dine there and I see staff taking time to chat to other diners. We had a fabulous night at Gusto. The food was really excellent, the cocktails were delicious but most of all our server, Niamh, was friendly, fun and very helpful. A lovely experience all round. Always love Gusto but last night was really excellent
Tuesday night. not too busy but a nice level, scrumptious food as always. Antipasti sharing board., , classic burger, Rigatoni Arrabbiata with chicken. Honey & Balsamic Glazed Duck Breast with a side of carbonara.(found out from the waitress i can indulge my tubby side and get a small pasta side along with my main duck) yummy., Friendly and quick service, . amazing.,! Platinum club get 40% off the food,, what cant you like.,
