I absolutely loved Billy’s bagels, Dan & Izan showed the quality both in hospitality & food. Can’t recommend this place enough, deffo the best bagel spot in mcr right now.
Food was 10/10, not even a bagel guy but this was something else. I tried the BBQ beef brisket… didn’t know what to expect… but I was blown away. I seen this gem on tik tok and so glad I tried it. I am an active gym goer so this is perfect for me. Staff are very helpful full and care for the customers. Really happy with the food and service. I will be ordering for lunch tomorrow. My go to from now. Don’t miss out.

The bagels are hands down the freshest and most delicious I’ve ever had—crispy on the outside, perfectly chewy on the inside. But what really made my visit special was the outstanding customer service. Shamama, the customer assistant, was incredibly friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain the different bagel options and helped me choose the perfect toppings for my sandwich. Her positive energy made the entire experience delightful, and she made sure I was completely satisfied with my order. I can’t recommend this place enough—whether you're a bagel lover or just looking for a cozy spot with amazing service, this is the place to go! I'll definitely be back!"
