The hotel is in a great location with easy access to motorway and walking distance to the tram station and takes 20 minutes to get into centre of Manchester. The pool and steam rooms are excellent and pool size is good. Lovely staff on check in and check out. Unfortunately the only negative thing I have to post is breakfast, the young lady who greeted us for breakfast was not friendly at all with no customer service skills just said sit at any table! There was a good choice of food for breakfast cooked, croissants etc. But the cooked breakfast let the hotel down it wasn't very warm and lack of options. I know we stayed in December on a Saturday night but I feel the price we paid for a family was expensive and frankly had nicer breakfasts had a Premier Inn. A shame as the breakfast let this hotel down as otherwise ticked all the boxes.

Comfortable hotel with great parking. Very convenient location for a traveller. The gym is outstanding. Service friendly. Rooms immaculate. Dinner choices and food quality just about OK, not very tasty. If I stayed here again I would definitely not eat here.

Rooms are basic but have all that you need and are clean with comfortable beds and pillows. My only comment here would be that it would be good to have glasses available so that you can have a drink of water. Service was very good and staff were helpful. Food was nice too.

Visited today for a 21st Birthday for 4 people. The staff was excellent from start to finish. Nothing was too much for any of them. They even did all the cake candles and wrapped it all up to take home once finished. Most places charge extra for this, but all of this was complimentary service. I didn't get his name but the young lad with the black hair working front of house went above and beyond. My friend had a great 21st! Thank you guys and girls working on that evening! Everything was so relaxed and we all enjoyed both food, drink and service!
