Tony the Instructor at the Kings Hill & Malling Kumon Centre has really helped my 5-year-old son since he started Kumon. He lacked concentration and was unable to work independently. Tony instantly picked up on his areas for improvement and worked with my son and taught me tips to overcome these obstacles. Since then, my son is adding confidently, quickly and accurately and has made great strides with his study routine. He is now constantly asking me maths questions in the car and adding up for enjoyment.

My daughter prepared her 11+ with Advantage Tuition, attended the Saturday classes and really enjoyed them. They were very organised, covered all the topics during the year, organised the homework and tests to practice at home, had mini assessments every term to evaluate their progression and they offered parent consultations. During the summer they also offered revion days and mock exams. All these really helped my daughter, and she ultimately performed well in the 11+ with a good result. Vicky has been a fantastic tutor for my daughter for 8 years right up to her GCSE exams. She tailored her lessons to my daughter's needs boosting her confidence. Vicky also greatly helped my son by providing a couple of adhoc lessons to assist him with understanding some very difficult equations on his electrical course. As a result both passed their exams. Fiona Cameron was incredible from the very first introduction. She spent time listening to our daughter to better understand what her capabilities and interests were. Fiona modified her approach and teaching style to suit our daughter which paid dividends. As the weeks progressed the creative writing that was being produced was so incredibly powerful and descriptive. Fiona was great at sharing her enthusiasm for her subject and always encouraging and engaging. I think it was particularly helpful that Fiona made a point of showing how thrilled she was at the results of our daughter’s efforts. I’m pleased to say that as a result of everything our daughter achieved an incredible result. I can’t recommend Fiona more highly, a fabulous teacher and a gentle person to be around.

Rita is such a lovely tutor, she took the time out of her day to make sure my daughter has the right work to complete and to ensure that she is getting the right tasks in order to do well in her gcses. With Rita my daughter was able to jump 2 whole grades which is a massive improvement. I could not recommend Rita enough, she is very good at what she does!

My daughter started with the RTC (TW) in Y4, and she's finished her journey with success now. My daughter loved the weekly classes with her excellent and extremely professional tutor, Justine.. Justine was fully supportive, with her invaluable advice and guidance. I really can't recommend her enough. All the process went really smoothly, the weekly classes;the email follow-ups with content about what has been taught each week; the mock assessments; the consultations after the mock with the Tutor and the revisions. Could not have asked for more for my daughter. The team in Tonbridge are absolutely amazing, great feedback and communication between tutor and parent, very welcoming and enjoyable for the children. My daughter loved the fact that on the first day she was given her own tuition satchel and stationary. Ilse was so lovely and understanding of every families own personal circumstances and very supportive. My child had 6 tuition sessions on a Saturday and a couple of full days during the summer holidays which were so valuable and I genuinely appreciate the wonderful contribution and teaching the group have provided her for the best start for secondary school.
