I can't recommend Martin highly enough, he is such a consummate professional who really cares about his customers. We contacted him in dire straits with our faulty boiler when it was freezing cold, literally minus temperatures outside. We can highly recommend ProPlumb365. Michael & Greg (not forgetting De the tiler & Mike the plasterer) have done a fabulous bathroom refit. This has involved gutting our old bathroom,moving the toilet,(adding a new soil pipe),new lighting,piping & floorboards. Good attention to detail.Checked with us as they got to different points in the work to ensure it was as we wanted. Arrived on time & completed it in the time they said. Honest pricing,trustworthy (important if you have to go out whilst the job is done), polite & friendly. Cleaned up at the end of each day. Really pleased with the result.They will be our ‘go to’ plumbers in future.

Would highly recommend Proplumb 365. Initially we were going to use Wickes as it just felt right, but I’m so glad we looked around and found these guys. We decided we would supply and they would fit. That way we knew exactly what we were getting once it had all been done. Their attention to details were spot on and good communication all round. At times I felt like I had been very indecisive but they remained very professional and gave me all the time I needed to decide what I wanted. The group of men working on our bathroom were highly respectful. I would chose them again and definitely will be recommending to friends and family! On Monday 29th July to Friday 2nd August I had my bathroom refurbished. Mike, Greg & Henry worked very hard, nothing was too much trouble. They gave advice where needed and were very professional. On Monday 5th August I had my boiler serviced and on Friday 16th August I had a radiator installed in my conservatory. I COULDN'T HAVE ASKED FOR MORE!! I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

Had a new boiler fitted , contracted through Worcester bosch,. Absolutely superb Indy was out to give me a quote and all the info I needed to make a decision. He knew what he was talking about and suggested which boiler to use - it was the exact boiler suggested to me online via several other websites too. I wasn't pestered with sales calls after the quote. When it came to installation, I was able to leave Gary to crack on when my baby was crying. Gary was thoughtful and took any loud work outside so the baby didn't wake during nap time- greatly appreciated!!!!

Indy did a brilliant job of pricing up and explaining everything I needed the tanks in the loft the boiler and the old boiler all came out and the two lads fitted the new boiler really went out of their way clean tidy did jobs that were not on the job sheet really excellent. The representative fitted our new Worcester Bosch boiler as part of the Worcester Bosch fast track service. Communication during the booking process was excellent and they kindly carried out an extensive survey of our heating system before the fitting took place. We felt very reassured by their professionalism and kindness and were grateful for their excellent advice. The fitting itself was straightforward and professional. The engineer was friendly and kept us informed throughout of how the job was progressing. It was completed within the time frame allocated and we were talked through the work in detail. The new boiler is working perfectly and is so efficient compared to our previous, almost 20 year old model. T S gas and electric really did an amazing and professional job, huge thanks to Indy and his team.

Very professional and very pleasant. We had a leak from our shower down into our kitchen. He was quick to diagnose the cause and was able to fix itvery quickly. I will definitely call on him again if I am in need of a plumber.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED: Tom came to our rescue after we had a bad leak from bathroom into kitchen a quick fix was not an option a bathroom refit was clearly needed after previous work carried out by cowboys caused considerable damage to our bathroom into the kitchen, Tom completely refitted our bathroom fixed all leaks tiled our bathroom installed new shower, taps. Very reliable punctual, gave me a time and date and was here on time conducted himself in a professional manor talked me through everything he was going to do a stress free refit and excellent finish I couldn't ask for more Thanks Tom will definitely be my go to plumber
