What a lucky day for us when Eco Flame came to my mom's house. My mom had very little heating, and we needed some help. I reached out on checkatrade, and Eco Flame came out the same day of the enquiry. Straight away, we felt at ease with Phil. Moms heating was very old and so it was decided a knew boiler was required. We were booked in on their next available date. The work was carried out in 1 day by a team of 3. We absolutey can not fault anything that they have done, and at every opportunity, we won't hesitate to recommend them. Thank you Eco Flame for looking after my mom and keeping her warm again.

Dan was great from Eco Flame. Annually I get our boiler serviced by them, and I've found them very reliable and knowledgeable and nice people. We recently had water flowing into our cupboard under the sink. Dan came out the next day, earlier in the morning to fit us in, and helped fix the problem in a few minutes. I would highly recommend their services.

Phil started to work in the early morning. He put down a carpet protection sheet and it adhered well which was thoughtful and kept my living room floor clean. Got replacement of the existing ratty old pipes which looked nice and organized. He did a great pipework for us! All radiators had gotten flushed, and the new Baxi combi boiler looks fantastic! It took a day of completion of the works, the kitchen on-site was messy, but Phil and his partner tided up carefully. Overall, we are satisfied with their services and with the new boiler which has been running smoothly and quietly so far. We highly recommend Ecoflame for anyone who is looking for a gas boiler service.

Double Boiler Service. Phil was recommended to me by our street’s group chat, sent him a message he replied quickly and set a day and a time and came carried out the service and noticed another problem that needed doing came back a few days later to carry out the work. As a result of this I have decided to do the boiler service plan as I will be more than happy to have him service our boilers in 12 months time. Highly recommended.

Dan and his team fitted a new boiler and 3 new radiators for me. I have used them before and was very happy with their work They were on time 8 am sharp as promised and started work straight away. Their work is excellent. Lovely friendly, considerate and helpful team. They explained how to use the new boiler and even set up the timer etc for me They left my home clean and took away all of the rubbish including the boxes that the new radiators were in. I am extremely pleased with their work and would recommend them to anyone. Thank you
