After moving to a new area finding good trades is always a daunting task. After messaging a few companies these guys were the first to actually answer and book us in and I'm so glad they did. There knowledge is outstanding talking us through our complicated system and getting straight to the heart of the problem. They arrived promptly diagnosed the problem, found the parts needed and got us fixed all in the same day! There's nothing greater than having a hot shower after weeks without hot water, and I really wish I'd called them sooner. Ohh and the icing on the cake, there prices are great. There buisness card has found its place on the refrigerator and I wouldn't call anyone else the next time I need a heating and hot water specialist. 10/10 - would recommend to everyone!

Absolutely excellent. I cannot recommend Pro-Tect highly enough. Professional, courteous, informative, approachable and friendly not to mention an excellent job! I was a little embarrassed as my boiler was more years overdue a service than I care to admit but, from my initial enquiry onwards, I couldn’t have been treated with more respect by both by the admin staff and the gas engineers. My boiler was quite old and needed a part that the original installers had omitted to fit and I know Jason tried at least 3 suppliers till he tracked the part down which he was clearly determined to do. Jason and his colleague, Mick, were prompt and efficient and soon had my boiler in perfect working order. When the bill came through I was pleasantly surprised given I’d had a service, two visits and a new part. It’s also extremely reassuring to know that if I now have any sort of problem with my boiler I know EXACTLY who to call. Excellent.
