Very pleased with the service that James gave me. I had thought I had a rat in my loft and James confirmed and dealt with this professionally. He took time to explain things, was always punctual and was always pleasant to deal with.

James was fantastic. We had him for 3 visits over 3 weeks, and saw massive results, even after the first visit. He was incredibly communicative and friendly, reassuring us on any worries we had and explaining the process clearly. He was very thorough and knowledgeable about where the pests would hide, and where they might be coming from. Would definitely recommend.

Very quick service ~ I heard scampering around above me in my bedroom one morning and found James on Google who came out the next day and calmed me down and explained everything to me. My rat problem turned out to be a squirrel issue. He explained what he needed to do and showed me and then got on with the job plus helped make the house unattractive for little creatures in the future. Fantastic helpful and knowledgeable. James was super friendly and made himself available, fitting into our schedule to come out in response to our “pest” issue. Sorted after 2 visits! I originally contacted James though his website and he called the same day, coming out to check our loft within 2 days. Great customer service.
