Our client had an infestation of bed bugs in their property. The bugs had been in the property for several months and the infestation became imbedded. We needed the bedbugs exterminated before we would enter the property. Thermal Pest Control were very accommodating by agreeing to carry out the heat treatment on a Sunday. The pest controllers carrying out the heat treatment seemed very experienced and were both helpful in answering questions and friendly. The extermination not only killed all the bedbugs but also other bugs as well. There was a problem with carpet moths in several rooms prior to the treatment being carried out, which were also eradicated thanks to the heat treatment.

Brilliant! A really fast response and an efficient service at a reasonable price. If I'd known getting rid of a wasp nest was so straightforward we'd have done it sooner instead of waiting until things got scary!

We rang SAS Pest Control at 5pm and they arrived at 11.00 the following morning to destroy a wasps nest inside our chimney. Not an easy job, the nest was very quickly and efficiently dealt with. Fast and friendly service.

I discovered a wasp nest on Friday evening, contacted Indigo at the weekend - received a prompt reply and by Tuesday afternoon (my choice of slot) everything had been sorted. The technician was on time, polite, friendly, informative and extremely efficient. He made sure that we (and our cat) were safe and left the site tidier than it was when he arrived. Extremely impressed and will definitely use Indigo again.

Imagine my horror when I found mouse droppings in my kitchen. I am so glad I used Indigo as they are wonderful. This simply super young man called Luke visited. He knew exactly what to do, laid poison and three visits later the mice have gone. He was able to work out where they were coming in and blocked up their entrance. Luke was fantastic and his mother should be very proud of him. A lovely person and in my eyes his employer should be glad to have him representing his company. I can not recommend this company more highly.

I had a rodent in the house for 5 days. I called a pest control company, they said they would attend the property, I waited the entire day to be let down at the last minute. When I called indigo they were very professional, arrived when they said they would. The technician Christian was so professional and efficient. Recently heard noises in the loft that sounded like a squirrel was moving around and shredding cardboard to make a nest. I gave North Downs Pest Control a call and Paul was able to come around the next day and set a trap. Somehow the squirrel managed to knock over the trap and set it off without being caught. Paul returned to reset it and the offending squirrel was caught soon after. Paul is a very professional and personable individual who was able to deal with our problem in a prompt and efficient manner. I would have no hesitation in recommending his services.

Effective Pest Solutions and in particular Kush, have been sensational. There knowledge and attention to detail is second to none, and have been an absolute pleasure to deal with. They sorted out a mice problem with ease and also identified a rat problem within the sewer system which was causing a different smell which Kush has been brilliant at sorting, considering it is a very complex issue involving sewers and drainage between two semi-detached properties.
