Sani came a month ago to sort out a problem with mice in my first floor flat. He did a thorough examination of areas where a mouse could gain entry and explained what he was going to do in a very reassuring way. He laid bait under 2 cupboards in the kitchen and blocked up a couple of small holes, with specially treated material, in the living room and bedroom. I have had no problems since, but he came back today to double-check that all was still well. I found him reliable, professional, and pleasant to deal with.
