I called and arranged an appointment but unfortunately had to cancel. Well you think that's the end of that but.... I got a phone call the next day to say they understood why I had to cancel and then spent 10 minutes helping me with really great advice on my rodent problem. I mean that's above and beyond isnt it! Great service. Phoned this morning on behalf of elderly friends and David, who is a lovely genuine guy, popped in and put their minds at rest with regard to a bee problem. Would highly recommend and use again if needed. And thank you to Lynn also.

Excellent service. David was very professional. I needed further help some months later and his wife was kind enough to give me extensive help via the telephone. She could not have been more helpful and proved that they do actually care about their customers. I would highly recommend them.
