Mandy and her apprentice, Erica, were just amazing. I had felt slightly traumatised by our infestation of mice, but, after Mandy’s visit, I felt relieved and more relaxed! Mandy helped me understand what signs to look for, what the root causes of the mouse influx were and how to mitigate the risk of future entry. The visits were thorough and full of insightful information. Mandy and Erica were fun and friendly too, and I noticed how Mandy took the time to explain her findings and tactics to her apprentice in a really clear and thoughtful way.
