Came out at my convenience and did a first class job of killing my wasp infestation in my kitchen extractor fan flue, thorough service and a knowledgeable pest man who explained everything to me. Very happy with the service. Would reccomend.

We had a wasp problem which would potentially scupper some scaffolding and roof work. Dropped an email to RPC and George was back within the hour, and had a slot available that same day! Jacob promptly arrived at the agreed time, suited up, and dealt with the problem very quickly. Jacob was personable and professional! The work was guaranteed, so asked to call back in the next 48 hours if the wasps are still around. This is the second time we've used RPC -- their service is great. Professional and competent. Jacob attended, explained the methodology and what he was doing. Came back a week later to review and reset the traps etc, followed by a final visit to check all was well and to tidy up. An excellent service that I recommend.
