Great communication. Michael has been friendly and helpful throughout. Kept in contact to ensure we got to the root of the problem! We had failed attempts with another pest control company - so highly recommend! Michael came out of his way to return to us to install an additional rat flap in our drains, which he didn't have to do - above and beyond service!

I used Mike from innovation pest control because I was concerned that I may have bed bugs although I had not seen any but had been bitten and only explanation I could find was bed bugs as I had not been anywhere. Mike came and looked around my home but could not see any signs of an infestation but as I was very concerned that I had them I asked him to treat my home as a precaution .. He did 2 treatments 3 weeks apart and I am now happy to say that if I had bed bugs I should be free of them . Mike was an absolutely lovely man who talked me through all things bedbugs and what I could do to help eliminate them with also me having the treatment even though he thought I did not have them it was peace of mind for me . I cannot express my thanks to Mike and I would highly recommend him for anyone found in a similar situation.First class company 👍🏻😊

Micheal dealt with my rat problem professionally, he found their entry that others had failed to. He was very professional, polite and put me at ease straight away. They were persistent in trying to gain access another way, but did not succeed. He went over and above his line of work and would definitely recommend him to everyone with a pest issue.
